I bought this a few months ago. Not really sure if it did anything. My dietician says not too many good studies out there about efficiency of this. On other supplements, bioidentical hormones, etc. need to take a break on this for now. Thank you!

I've tried a million different collagen powders and this is still my favorite. It mixes the best, it basically just dissolves. It doesn't leave any weird taste or change the consistency of whatever liquid I mix it with.

I found myself having some extra energy that I don’t typically. It mixes very easily into cold or hot liquids. My hair and nails that got thinner after having my son have been amazingly healthy. Going to keep using for sure.

I've used this product for over a year and never had a problem with it. This latest container I received causes a really upset stomach and diarrhea - even with only 1 tspn. I used to be able to have 2 scoops.
