I just finished my first jar of Vital Proteins. So far I do not see any difference in my hair, nails, skin tone, and general wellness. I will give the product a chance to work - 3 months.

I bought this and have been using it for over a month now but I’m not sure yet how I feel. I’ve had acne more than normal but my nails seem to be stronger. I’ll continue to take it and see what happens.

I first tried this product as a free sample and was immediately hooked when I saw results so quickly, even when I doubted they were from the addition of collage! The flexibility of the unflavored variety makes it my most often used.

Took this product on the advice of my physician. Used only in the morning, recommended dose. Had to stop using because I was waking up in the middle of the night unable to breathe. No idea what I was reacting to.
