Been using Dr Axe collagen protein before using vital and there is definitely a difference. Don't get the same results from vital as I do with Dr Axe. Preferably I like the benefits of Dr Axe

I love that it's unflavored and dissolves easily into my morning cup of coffee. My nails grow a little faster and I do have some baby hairs, but it's hard for me to say I've seen significant effects over time.

I've been using this for a month. It dissolves well in hot water coffee, tea etc. It's has no flavor or smell and fits well in my morning and evening routine. I'm willing to stick with it to see benefits Would purchase again.
