Love the collagen supplements. Originally started taking it for my joints. Happy side effects: skin cleared up, hair and nails grow unbelievably quick and so healthy!!! Recommend it to everyone

I'm in the early stages of taking it but have noticed 2 things. One my nails have stopped splitting and a large brown/sun spot on my face has gotten smaller and lighter and less dry.

I'm impressed with how well it dissolves in water. I can tell a little difference in the taste of the water but throwing a slice of lemon or lime takes care of it. I can see myself using this product for a long time.
