I'd been using this over a year now (along with the marcha one) I love that I can squeeze it into Anything, my tea, juice or water and it doesn't change the taste. Very good.

My husband and I add the protein powder to our coffee and tea. It dissolves instantly. It doesn't like to be added to cold stuff i.e. yogurt. Then it sets up like gelatin. I haven't used it long enough to see any benefits yet.
