I've consistently taken this collagen for the last 2 years. There have been times where I stopped for a couple weeks and truly noticed a difference. My skin is better and my nails are stronger/growing well when I take this! It's easy to mix in my morning coffee or protein shake every day. Truly swear by this stuff!

Vital Proteins is my absolute favorite collagen source. I've used other brands in the past only to battle unpleasant taste and strange consistency. Vital Proteins dissolves seamlessly into my favorite beverages and has a very pleasant taste. I can see the results in my skin, my hair and my digestion!

Unfortunately even though I had great hopes for this it was a let down. The "unflavored" had a weird flavor when mixed in water and the powder never truly mixed there were always lumps left. I tried a shaker cup, electric whisk, electric frother, nothing helped. I would not recommend this product!

I've recently switched to the Advanced, I can tell my nails are stronger with Vital Proteins which is huge for me. Wish the powder came with a scoop like it used to and the advanced doesn't seem to dissolve quite as well as the regular but using a frother works just fine!
