I add mine to coffee on most days but also this blends in well with water. I have noticed an improvement in my joints (ankles and knees). I suffer from tendinitis and have been able to stop taking Motrin. My GF and I are just about done with one container of it Im gonna buy again.

I'm disappointing in the lack of a scoop- A very normal, industry standard. If this is for environmental reasons, I would expect an accountability report with amount of money this saved and where it went to trees vs profits. It just feels cheap, which causes mistrust. The powder was fine, although the bottle is ridiculously large and shipped in a big box.

I honestly started to use this to help me hit my protein goal each day and never really thought I'd notice anything but I was wrong! My skin looks amazing and I haven't had a breakout since staring to drink this everyday. Also, the pain in my foot from plantar fasciitis is gone. I add a scoop to my post workout or shake in the am and a scoop to my greens at night. Love it!

So, I'm not sure about skin benefits, because I haven't seen any in my skin so far. I have noticed that my shoulder and wrist Don't hurt anymore. I've also been dealing with hair loss since my baby's birth in Sept 2019, and I was hoping this product would help. I have had new hair growth. I'm on my second round of new bangs. (I don't wear bangs fyi, I grow them out like the rest of my hair ) 75 percent of my hair is about 6 inches long and the other 20 percent is down past my shoulders, and the other 5 are the newer hairs growing back again. I guess time will tell if I get my hair full again.

I had hurt my knee while running and had dealt with the pain for few weeks. I had been hearing Erin Oprea talk about VP for a while and decided it was time to give it a try. In about 4 weeks my knee pain was gone and has never returned. Love this product!

I like the product, but both the old and new packaging sucks. So like other reviewers, I gave one star to get the attention of Vital Proteins.The old package had a plastic strip around the lid. But it was so difficult to pull up the end of the strip to start to pull it off. I had to get a knife or corkscrew to poke up the end and once I finally did, I would carefully pull the strip around the lid. But 80% of the time the strip would crack and break first before it came off the lid. So then I had to use a knife or corkscrew again to pry up the end of the remaining plastic strip to finally pull it off. Then it still wasn't easy to get the lid off because after unscrewing it, it would catch onto the edge of the seal covering the canister. I would have to pull and tug to finally get it off. I can't imagine any elderly person or someone with dexterity issues trying to open it. Now to the new canister. I thought they finally got rid of the horrible packaging so it was easier to open. NOT. The reason why the lid of this package is impossible to "pinch and pull" up is because you didn't instruct the consumer to run a knife along the perforated edge of the lid. Because unless you do that, there is NO way you can just pinch and pull the lid up. Even in your video, you can tell that was clearly done to the edge of the lid first so it could easily pull up the lid. I would highly recommend you add those instructions to your lid because pinch and pull won't work. I like your product but your packaging is the absolute worst and this isn't rocket science.

I will no longer buy Vital Proteins since they keep messing with the packaging. First they removed the scoop so you had to have your own scoop which was fine but now they have changed the packaging from plastic to this VERY THIN CHEAP CARDBOARD that doesn't even support the product. The package bends & folds just trying to pull the top off now. There is NO WAY this product will stay fresh in this type of cheap packaging. I will buy ANOTHER BRAND that isn't ignorant to put such a expensive product in packaging it can't even be stored in!! I REFUSE TO BUY THIS UNTIL YOU PACKAGE IT PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been using CPs for a few years and there is a noticeable difference in the strength of my nails and how much hair comes out daily with brushing/shower when I am regularly taking CP. I mix it in my coffee every morning, it dissolves well, and no taste.

Improved digestion. Better hair, skin and nails. My nails have never been better. An injury to my finger had left what I thought was a permanent ridge in the nail for the last 5 years. After 12 months using Vital Proteins and enjoying all the benefits I just realized the ridge is gone. Not what I expected but a bonus for sure. Super easy to use. I dissolve in my morning coffee. I have also purchased the individual packets for travel. Convenient!!
