I have been loving putting a scoop of this in my morning coffee. It dissolves completely and does not have any taste. I love that it is an incredibly clean protein source with no added chemicals and I'll take the possible anti-aging affects that come with it!

I started using Vital Protein, at the beginning of the year and what fast results in my skin, hair, body and overall glow! I've lost weight, because it curbs my appetite too!! I am 59 years old and started using this product for joint pain, and pains in my knees!! Not only does it make me more flexible with less joint pain but my overall appearance has gotten better!! I get compliments all the time!

I was surprised at the bitter taste of this product. I've ordered collagen peptides twice before from other brands. I wanted to try this brand, but unfortunately we will be going back to what we used before. Other than the bitter taste (which makes me unsure about this product), everything else was fine.

I switched to this one because my last brand was a little pricy. In my research I found this brand and it contains vitamin c which is supposed to help with collagen uptake. I haven't really noticed a difference between the two brands. It dissolves easily in my coffee. And I don't notice a taste at all. I take collagen to help heal my gut and hopefully smooth out my wrinkles. Again, haven't really noticed a difference with either brand.

I was having lots of hair loss, a friend recommended my to try this. Happy to say I still have hair! It is just shedding normal. I am hoping that in addition to halting the loss, it will encourage regrowth. I take two scoops with orange juice. I drink my coffee black and did not like the "beefy" after taste when I added it to my coffee. I also put it into smoothies.

I really like this product. It's purpose for me is dual fold. I need collagen supplementation for joint/bone health and I'm obtaining the total daily protein needs based on my body weight. I also think it's helping me recover from strength training workouts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 61 yrs old. I have taking Vital Proteins daily for 2 weeks. I really haven't seen much change. I did notice i am not as run down. I am a very active 61 yr old with knee and leg problems. I have also increased my daily vitamins and changed my diet. There is a taste to it but no overwhelming. I drink it with my hot tea in the evening after work. So I am going to keep taking it and see if it helps. I will be back with any update in 30 days.

After about 3 weeks of using the product, my breasts were extremely tender. Even wearing a bra hurt. At first I thought it was the start of my cycle but since I'm on birth control I knew it was not. It was the only thing different in my diet. I stopped using the product and the soreness went away. I really wish this didn't happen.

I have Ehlers Danlos and my doctor recommended I start taking collagen and recommended Vital Proteins. I've been using it for almost a year and can honestly tell a difference. Before taking it, my back would give out and my hips would pop in and out a lot. Now it almost NEVER happens. Only if I miss a few days of collagen (ie ran out or on vacation) will my symptoms flare up.

I started using this product about 6 months ago and will never go back! Not only do my hair and nails grow significantly faster, but my joints and muscles don't ache as bad (I am a runner). It is my new go-to birthday present for friends and family - I want everyone to feel this great!
