OK so I can't speak to the efficacy of the product because I have only been using it one month however I was concerned when purchasing it because people kept saying it didn't mix well or tasted different. Untrue, I mix in with my coffee using just a spoon and it mixed just fine. Can't taste it really, it does give the coffee a little bit of a creamy/buttery feeling but I like it. I've had great success with other brands in the past so I hope this brand lives up to the hype!

This is my first drink starting every day. It has a slight taste so I mix it with my flavored magnesium powder. Blends fairly well with stirring and room temp water. I like that it has hyaluronic acid and vitamin C included as vitamin C helps absorption of the collagen. This way they don't need to be taken separately

As a personal trainer and a skeptic about any supplements, I have to say I am very pleased with this product. I have had knee issues in the past and was at a point in my training where I would hate to train my legs because my knees would hurt so bad and swell the next day. I take pride in my leg workouts and love to train them, so when I physically could not, it hit me mentally as well. I ordered this product and took 2 scoops daily for 2 1/2 weeks....when I actually noticed that I squatted down without the pain I normally would feel...I shook it off thinking it must just be a good day and it cant be anything but that. It wasnt til the next leg workout when I did not feel pain in my knee as I had previously and I did not have any swelling the next day. I cant say that it will be like that for you , but I can say you can at least try it!

Just started using this powder about 2-3 weeks ago and I love it. I noticed a big difference in my hair and it's definitely gotten thicker. I also get eyelash extensions and my lash tech asked me if I started taking collagen because my lashes have grown out so much. Definitely recommend!

I have been using Vital Proteins for about 6 months now and I have noticed a huge difference. My hair is smoother, nails less brittle and skin clearer! I highly recommend this product to anyone hesitant-1 scoop a day in my coffee is my regular morning routine now!

I'm on my second batch of this product. My hair doesn't fall out as much and my skin looks better. I purchased the smaller size and it does take about a month to notice the difference, but all of a sudden I noticed. I have long hair and I'm older and it was falling out alot. Now maybe a strand a day if not less!

The new packaging is horrible!! Directions for opening are vague and the pull tab is too small to grip. I mutilated my new package of Vital Protein. Now I don't have a seal on the container. I am worried it may clump or even spill if knocked over with the "top" on it. I will not buy this product again.

I brought this a few weeks ago and I am really enjoying the results... initially, one scoop caused headaches in the first two days so I lowered it and added a 1/2 of the scoop gradually and have had no headaches or other side effects.. overall I can see immediate skin and nails change.. smoother skin and longer nails.. but what I brought this for was the gerd.. to strengthen my digestive and throat... it has worked wonderfully and at my preferred dosage I'm expecting even more benefits. I will sign up for the monthly subscription. Also, I was afraid of the ingredient that causes skin to darken, but have only seen improvement in sleep and even skin complexion... The taste is neutral to Gatorade and water...I've tried other collagen products and this one is working for me... find what works for you!
