Vital Proteins has eliminated my need for stressing about what to eat for breakfast, and subsequently reaching for carbs. I just know I'm getting protein and other goodness in my coffee with vital proteins and it doesn't change the flavor of my coffee. Win/Win!

I tried collagen peptides for 8 weeks before deciding to commit. I saw my skin and nails improve within the first 3 weeks. If you drink hott liquids of any kind this powder (the unflavored with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid) is perfect for you! It literally melts and stirs perfectly and you can't taste it all! I hated the flavored ones, this is the one I will use forever! Haven't used long enough for results yet but I must say I can't wait.
