I have a hard time with the taste & smell. It kind of upsets my stomach. I don't know that I've seen any benefits as far as skin, hair or nails. Maybe I didn't use it long enough. I think I need to try capsules? I also tried to cancel but shipment came anyway - glad they're letting me return.

I will no longer buy Vital Proteins since they keep messing with the packaging. First they removed the scoop so you had to have your own scoop which was fine but now they have changed the packaging from plastic to this VERY THIN CHEAP CARDBOARD that doesn't even support the product. The package bends & folds just trying to pull the top off now. There is NO WAY this product will stay fresh in this type of cheap packaging. I will buy ANOTHER BRAND that isn't ignorant to put such a expensive product in packaging it can't even be stored in!! I REFUSE TO BUY THIS UNTIL YOU PACKAGE IT PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But one month a competitor's product was on sale and I thought I'd try it. Well, I just finished the entire container and my nails are in terrible shape. They've been breaking, peeling, and cracking. I've gone back to Vital Proteins and will never stray again. I learned my lesson. Not all collagen peptides are equal.

I was underwhelmed by how much product was actually in the container. I paid for a 10oz and it was a quarter empty. However, I love your product- but wasn't satisfied with the packaging.

I have been using this product for four years and overall have been happy with it. However, what fillers are we now ingesting? It used to be 2 tbsp for 18g of proteins, then went up to 3, and now per this website, it is going up to 4 tbsp for the 18g of protein. What is being added to reduce the amount of protein per scoop? Another thing of note is that the container I have now says 3 tbsp = 20g of product. The label on this site says 4 tbsp = 20g of product, how is that possible? I will be finding another collagen product to use. I liked when I first bought it, because it was 2 small scoops per serving, instead of the huge scoops of other products. That benefit is gone.
