The new packaging is horrible!! It is painful to open with arthritic hands. I had to have help to open it. This is very hard for me to enjoy the product if I can't get it open. Too, it is not sturdy and easily spills when trying to hold it because the paper canister bends if needing to move it when the lid is open. You may save the planet but it doesn't save me from the pain in my hands when trying to open and then manage a paper canister to keep it stable. You should have consulted with more people before pushing this out. It's awful. I have loved the product but I don't love the pain it brings just to manage it.

I first used this as part of a protocol to heal my stomach. It has helped tremendously with morning nausea I sufffer from as well. My stomach is great I a Off of PPI's. I will not be without my collagen. As a great side benefit my skin looks amazing and so do my nails.

For me this is like botox. Seriously my lips are fuller, my 11's mm hmmm u know what they are!!! Can hardly see them. My hair and nails are so strong and hair is fuller. Seriously will not be without it!! INCREDIBLE!!! I SOOOOO LOVE IT. I tell everyone about it.

I have been using this product for only about two weeks and I like that it mixes almost instantly into my coffee. It has no flavor and does not change the consistency of whatever you mix it with. I hope that over time, I will see the benefits of using this supplement.

I started using Vital Protein powder in my coffee every morning and when I travel or don't have it with me, I can tell I am missing it! It helps control hunger, and I have noticed a difference in my hair and skin. It is unflavored but I can taste it in my coffee - but not bad. I have grown to expect it and enjoy it! I really like this product! My first week using it I could notice a difference in my skin, it seemed a little more supple. I'm going to continue to use it for my hair as I'm hoping it will help with the brittleness and on top of that hard water is a killer for hair! I normally take this in water in the morning before I eat anything. 4 stars because I'm unsure of a difference in my hair; I've been using 3 weeks now.

After being a long- time customer who has recommended Vital Proteins to others, I am voting with my dollars and switching to another brand. I need a dedicated scoop and container that respect me and not just the environment. I also wonder what changes have been made or will be made to the products once consumers accept the shoddy packaging and customer service.

I loaded with this peptide for 8 weeks in November last year, as suggested by Dr Axe. Following this, I supplemented with one does first thing in the morning with a vit C tab and continue to do so six months later. My only regret is not taking a photograph.
