I've consistently taken this collagen for the last 2 years. There have been times where I stopped for a couple weeks and truly noticed a difference. My skin is better and my nails are stronger/growing well when I take this! It's easy to mix in my morning coffee or protein shake every day. Truly swear by this stuff!

Having inflammatory bowel disease, I struggle with supplements, and keeping up protein intake. Collagen peptides have made my life so much easier, especially with the ability to use in so many ways, not to mention the added protein, and benefits of collagen. My joints also are affected by my disease, and I have experienced a noticeable improvement.

I have seen such an improvement in my skin and nails since I started using this about a year ago now. I just put a scoop in my morning coffee everyday. No stirring required- it mixes/dissolved right in. I've tried other collagen powders in the past that got clumpy when mixed in my coffee and had a weird smell and unappealing smell, but not this brand! I absolutely love Vital Proteins!!

Not a fan of the new “pinch and pull up” packaging! I've been using this product for year and love it, but the new packaging (although environmentally friendly) is difficult to open. Every time, I've had to use a knife to cut at the perforated edge. For anyone who has poor grip strength to “pinch,” this will be a huge problem.

I bought this product for the first time and was shocked to find it didn't come with a scoop. I dug around in the powder and had to Google to make sure it wasn't buried in there somewhere. Bummer. Now I'm going to have to buy a scoop specifically for my collagen powder because I'm not interested in tracking down and cleaning a measuring spoon every morning.

I am on my third container of vital proteins, and I would say the most obvious change in my skin is how soft it is. I use moisturizer regularly, but when I went about three weeks with out VP, I noticed a negative change in my skin. It makes my skin feel very smooth and very soft.

I absolutely love Vital Proteins - Collagen Peptides! I've been using Vital Proteins for over 6 months! The results I see in my hair growth, nails, and skin is incredible! Every morning I add a scoop full to my coffee. I normally drink two cups. I drink both hot and cold coffee. It mixes really well with both and there is no grittiness and you can't taste it! Winner!! I have been taking these product for about a year now and had been happy with it until my last purchase when I noticed that you removed the very convenient scoop out, took out 8 ounces and left it at the same price or more and also recommending twice as much product. I feel cheated and will also tell my friends about the change. I know a scoop did not take up 8 ounces of space. Will not be buying it again.
