I bought this product recently. I've been using it about a week. I had heard about collagen and wanted to give it a try. Since using it I absolutely notice a change in my skin. The lines in my forehead have all but disappeared and my skin is so soft and plump. I'm thrilled. My nails have grown significantly for only a week in. That being said, there's absolutely a gross taste to the flavorless. I'm already a big water drinker so I am just adding it to water. However I also drink apple cider vinegar. So I've started mixing 2 tablespoons of ACV in my drink and it does the trick. No more taste and I kill two birds with one stone. I absolutely recommend this product

I love having added Vital Proteins to my daily routine. The advanced formula with hyaluronic acide and vitamin C made a visible difference in my fingernaile within a week, and overall everything just feels better. My only piece of advice to new users is to get a little frother to help mix it into your drink. It disappares completely and is totally flavorless.

I bought this almost a month ago. I have seen improvement in my complexion already. I also started back the gym it also improved my mobility. This was really a game changer for me and it really changed my outlook on my health. I really appreciate this product. I won't stop using it.

I love collagen peptides from vital proteins. I feel less joint pain from my runs, my hair and nails are strong and healthy, and it makes my skin glow. I've never considered cancelling my subscription. I am, however, unhappy with the extra plastic on the new container. I'm not sure why it was necessary to add, but I'd be open to hearing the reasoning behind it. I like to shop with conscientious companies and this seemed a bit wasteful. This doesn't change how much I love the effects of the product!

I have been using this product for over a month and I really can notice a difference in my skin. I had not seen my Mom in about a month and she even commented. It MUST be this product because I have not changed anything else in regimen!! Highly recommend

I have been using collagen peptides for a couple months now, and I couldn't be happier! I'm a rock climber, and I just don't recover as quickly in my 30s as I did in my 20s. I don't normally believe in using supplements, and I am not likely to stick with anything that forces me to change anything about my normal routine. This is my one exception because not only does it work, but I have been able to incorporate it seamlessly! One scoop in my morning coffee about 5 days a week makes all the difference in the world for my climbing (I couldn't find any research demonstrating additional benefit from more than 10 grams a day, so that's all I take). And you can barely tell it's there. I take my coffee black, but if you add a little bit of sugar and/or cream, you can mask the flavor entirely. I just don't feel the need to because it's so subtle. Climbing is suuuuuper hard on finger skin and tendons, and this allows me to climb harder and more frequently than I was able to previously, easily cutting my recovery time in half. Lastly, while I wasn't all that concerned with the aesthetic effects of this supplement, I must say that I haven't been mad about the extra hair thickness :). This will be a lifetime go-to for me!

I really was suprised the powder mixed so well with my am coffee. I like the taste and getting all that protein in my coffee is a Bonus before workout. I have a hard time eating breakfast before workout so this is perfect for me. I will definitely purchase again.

I love the product but hate, hate, hate the paper packaging! I am so glad that I saved my old plastic one to use. Go back to the plastic and you will have happy customers. The paper pull tab to open the package is a joke. I had to use a spoon handle to pry the top off.

The current batch of product is much more soluble and easy to mx. There are gradual improvements in overall skeletal and muscular functions. It took the consumption of 6 jars of product at 2 scoops/day to see some noticeable improvements, so I will continue to use it. The beef collagen found in the Gummi Coke Bottles manufactured in Turkey, at the rate of consumption of one bag per day for about 2 weeks gave dramatic results, but they are acidic and not good for the teeth, since they have to be chewed. I would look into isolating and studying the specific collagens in that particular product, from that specific source, since there may be structural differences in those collagens, and because additional proteinacious substances may be present.

So glad I purchased the individual packets of the Collagen Peptides, unflavored. I travel quite a bit so these are easy to throw in my bag. Dissolves well in my morning coffee. I wait and add cream AFTER I stir in the collagen because the cold cream makes the collagen a little clumpy, whereas the hot coffee dissolves it quickly. No taste that I can detect.
