I've just received my second order of the Collagen Peptides and I cannot stress how much of a game changer it has been for me. Before starting it, I was losing quite a bit of my hair from stress and breaking off strands in the shower. I stumbled upon a VP ad one day and decided to give it a try since it claimed to promote healthy skin, hair, and nails. I love this stuff!! I have had little to no hair breakage and my hair feels thicker and stronger! The added benefits to my joints and skin are a definite plus. I add it to my morning coffee and am good for the day. Bought this after seeing commercials on TV. Having bulging disks in my spine which is extremely painful. Also my knee has no cushion, this seems to be helping and my face is clearing up and I also am seeing a difference in my hair as well. I also love the mocha creamer for my coffee!! Will be making a video to promote your product!!

I purchased this item based on the the benefits provided, all of which I needed. I stir in a scoop every morning in my coffee, it's tasteless so there's no aftertaste. I can't say I saw immediate results simply because this is my first month of use. This I will remain on until I experience change. My hair is however showing sparse fuzz in areas of scarceness.

This product is awesome - dissolves in anything and is tasteless just like It's advertised. I am a vegetarian and it's very hard to get enough protein. I start my day by putting a scoop in my coffee and I can't even tell. My energy level has increased and the health of my nails and hair are already improving and I'm still on my first container - will definitely order more!

So, I'm not sure about skin benefits, because I haven't seen any in my skin so far. I have noticed that my shoulder and wrist Don't hurt anymore. I've also been dealing with hair loss since my baby's birth in Sept 2019, and I was hoping this product would help. I have had new hair growth. I'm on my second round of new bangs. (I don't wear bangs fyi, I grow them out like the rest of my hair ) 75 percent of my hair is about 6 inches long and the other 20 percent is down past my shoulders, and the other 5 are the newer hairs growing back again. I guess time will tell if I get my hair full again.

After taking for several months now, I wouldn't be without. My nails are growing, my hair is growing, my skin is more clear and vibrant and looks better at 45 than my youth. Definitely recommend but give it a few months...I mix 3 scoops in my morning coffee and start my day.

Finishing my second container and love how easy this is to add to my morning coffee! No odd flavor or residue in my cup as it dissolves quick just by sprinkling it in from the scooper that comes w the container. Auto ship is wonderful and the price is definitely a plus.

I've been on this stuff for almost a month. I can't say I've really noticed any major differences in my skin nor nails. Perhaps it takes more time? This stuff tastes absolutely awful. It mixes better in boiled water, and I mask the taste in a strong green tea. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to swallow this stuff. Will give this product about 3 months to determine if I see any changes and if this stuff is making any difference.

I used 1-2 scoops of collagen peptides daily, in my coffee/tea right after my morning workout for about 8 months, and I never experienced any noticeable difference in my hair, skin, or nails. In fact, I thought that the collagen peptides may have been causing my face to break out more than usual. I had also heard that collagen peptides were a good post workout recovery aid, but again I experienced no noticeable faster muscle recovery. Now, I still use Vital Proteins collagen sparingly as a source of natural protein, but I'm unsure of the actual health benefits as I've done research and haven't found any strong evidence of collagen peptides increasing collagen production, or if the body is able to adsorb drinkable protein.

I have been using your product now for several years. No problems with it - one scoops goes in my coffee every morning. Finishing up another large container, but debating on whether or not to re-order. It’s costly for what you get. The container is no longer full, actually about half full. And no scoop. Luckily I saved the scoop from a couple containers back. Thinking I’m going to try another brand for now and compare the two. It may be that I find yours is comparable to other brands. We’ll see.
