I’ve been getting Vital Proteins collagen unflavored for years. I was afraid at first that it would thicken my drink and be obtrusive, but it wasn’t. In coffee, it is completely unnoticeable. In my tea, it added *very subtle* body that I prefer to just the tea. Absolutely no flavor, and it dissolves almost instantly.

I am a competitive bodybuilder and trashed my Sacroiliac joint three weeks from competing. This was two years ago. I have found nothing to alleviate the pain. I've tried heat, chiro, massage etc. I started on Vital Proteins a couple of months ago and I have NO pain in my SI joint and will be able to compete again! Keep in mind I'm almost 62 years young!

My husband and I started taking collagen at the beginning of the year and definitely noticed a difference in our skin. We put a scoop into our morning coffee and it dissolves instantly. Other brands don’t dissolve as well. There’s no taste and it doesn’t alter our coffee so we enjoy two cups of coffee abs 2 scoops of collagen a day. I like starting the day off with my black coffee abs the added protein from the collagen.

This product is fantastic. I use it every morning in my coffee, and the best part is that it is indeed unflavored, so it doesn't affect the taste. I have noticed a difference in my skin, more healthy looking and feeling. And I notice that my nails and hair are growing faster than in the past. I have recently started taking collagen due to hair shedding and for better skin appearance.. so far, my hair seems shinier and what has really improved are my nails.. they are hard as rocks, with no white little white stains and growing super fast.. My mother and sister are taking it with me and they both suffer from rheumatoid related joint pains and their pains have lowered considerably, so I think it's not a bad idea to take it as an overall health supplement. I do not love the fact that it still tastes like collagen, but I understand most collagens are not particularly super tasty.. I will definitely keep taking it since it boosts Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid intake, which I am also after..

I've been taking these collagen peptides semi-consistently for the past few months and can already tell a difference in my skin and nails. I don't take it regularly because it backs me up a bit which isn't surprising since I hear it's good for leaky gut. But otherwise it's super easy to include in just about anything I eat or drink!

They're perfect size to throw in my bag. I stir it in my coffee in the morning or mix it into a smoothie if I'm at home. It really helps my skin stay clear (I usually am breakout prone) and keeps me energized all day! The best part is it's totally flavorless so you forget that it's even in your drink! I have been taking the Collagen Peptides for about 6 months now and LOVE them!
