I've been taking for 2 weeks now. No noticable results as of yet. I can only take less than a scoop per day. I worked myself up to a whole scoop and it made me have dry heaves. Still taking it to see if it starts working soon I hope. Nothing has changed.

I have been using this product faithfully since 2018. I tried others, but this is the best. I have used a varieties of the flavours as well. I have Sjogrens an Autoimmune disease. So I love the fact this product. It is easy to follow, easy to mix, I used it in my daily coffee. My hair has become healthier, skin looks younger. Joints has improved.

I received the order on 8/4/17. Today is 8/21 and I haven't noticed any improvements with taking the recommended dose that I was hoping for. Although after taking for 2 weeks my menstrual cramps have subsided and that along is worth the buy. It curves my appetite due to the protein. I love the fact that it is COMPLETELY tasteless. I take a dose morning and bedtime with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and lemon water I'm giving the product a full 30 days for improvements on my hair, nails, and skin. I'll be back to review after 30 days.

I've been a customer for several years and was once a huge fan. The consistency of the product has morphed into a cloud of powdery dust that becomes a sticky mess as it settles on the counter and in my respiratory system. I hate having to turn my head as I dispense it each morning. Otherwise, I inhale a cloud of goo. The last order clumps horribly. Please know I am being generous with my review based on past performance.

Vitamin C, in any form, will leave a notably citrus-y taste in whatever it is added to. So unless you enjoy the flavor of orange juice in your coffee..... I would suggest adding the powder to a small bit of hot water, whisking it together so it doesn't clump up and then adding it to juice (orange, apple, take your pick).

I bought this, after much research, to help my joints, and muscular structure before I go any further in aging. it was for over all health. I starting using it to start my day by putting it in my coffee or yogurt and already feel better. I don’t crave foods for breakfast that weight me down and am more alert and less foggy until my next meal or snack. I’m very pleased with this product. I hope it does help as much with the base reason I bought it for, over time. So far this product, I believe, is making a difference in my well-being.
