Since I have been using vital proteins i have noticed a big difference in my skin. It looks healthier , brighter, better! My eye brows have filled in more than they have in a long time & my hair seems to be growing much faster. I put two scoops a day in my coffee daily & will continue till the end of time! I love my vital proteins!

I’ve been using this since I met the company at IDEA fitness conference a few years ago. I appreciated talking with the reps and how transparent the company is. What I love most about the unflavored peptides is that they truly are UNFLAVORED! I routinely mix them into my morning oatmeal however if I feel I need extra I can just drink it in water easily. It adds to any smoothie well too. I love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving this as a gift, I noticed that this product unfortunately uses a genetic Vitamin C which is listed as (Ascorbic Acid) I don't know why 90% of products claiming to have Vitamin C are the genetic kind which unlike natural Vitamin C can have negative side effects over time like vericose veins etc....TAKE THIS GENETIC CRAP OUT OF YOUR PRODUCT, people can get natural vitamin C from squeezing a lemon into their drink which has a HIGH concentration of Vitamin C and ALL natural!!! Check ALL products that say Vitamin C and if they list (Ascorbic Acid) right after the Vitamin C (due to required law) then you know it's the "GENETIC" Vitamin C and AVOID these products!

I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for approximately 2 years now. What I have learned is consistency is key. It took about one month to start noticing my hair and nails growing faster and being stronger. I am collegiate volleyball player and I noticed I was feeling better on the court and in the weight room. It has done wonders for my joints. I notice a difference when I am using it everyday and when I slack off. I would recommend this product to EVERYONE!

Since taking this product my hair and nails have grown exponentially, my hair has stopped falling out, my joint pain is completely gone, I have more energy and my skin looks amazing! I can't even put into words how great my skin looks. The only recommendation I have, is making pill forms of this product because it is a bit of a pain to drink it in liquid and the taste isn't too great- but it's definitely bearable. This has caused me to miss a few days and even missing days, I have still seen a massive difference in my hair, nails, joints, energy and skin. I saw results as soon as three weeks, too- even being inconsistent. When i ran out, I noticed my energy significantly decrease, my hair and nails weren't growing nearly as quick, my joint pain came back and my skin started looking dull again. So yes! I've been using Vital Proteins Collagen for a couple of months now. I love it as an easy way to get extra protein in my meals. I've noticed improved skin clarity, hair and nail growth and it's a great way to know that my girls are getting adequate protein.

I have bought many, many non soy and non dairy protein powders. And most of them taste disgusting. But this collagen powder is tasteless. I mix mine in my little blender with some fruit and ice. I'll even put it in my daughters yogurt or cereal for the added protein. She never can tell the difference.

I started using vital proteins because I wanted really nice healthy skin,hair, and nails! I have thin damaged hair and lose a lot of hair while a shower but once I started taking vital proteins I hardly lost any! My skin is the best it’s ever looked and my nails are soooo strong! I was a little skeptical when first buying this product because of the price for only 2 weeks worth, but man it’s totally worth the money! I’m recommending this to all my friends and family.
