I recently purchased the collagen peptides as a recommendation from a couple friends who gave me some packets and I noticed a difference in my skin - so I took the plunge and ordered more! I am getting married next year so healthy skin, hair and nails is a priority on my every day beauty regime. I have definitely noticed a change in my skin and nails (stronger nails - I have very thin nails). I actually have not been paying to much attention to my hair but I would assume that falls in line with the rest. I am embarking on a healthier lifestyle - between the workouts for the wedding and just learning to generally take care of my body - the individual packets go perfectly in a morning smoothie or my morning black tea! While it has been a little over a month I would definitely recommend the collagen peptides for anyone looking to improve the health of their skin and nails!

I have tried almost every protein out there to add to my homemade smoothies and my taste buds and body cannot tolerate most of them. I am so happy to have found vital proteins as it is a true protein source, with no added fillers, and it's tasteless. I can add it to my smoothies as well as my husband's and kids' and they don't complain! I drink smoothies in spurts and I can always tell when it's been a while since I've had my Vital Proteins because my nails will not be as strong and my hair doesn't grow as fast / is weaker. I have been taking these product for about a year now and had been happy with it until my last purchase when I noticed that you removed the very convenient scoop out, took out 8 ounces and left it at the same price or more and also recommending twice as much product. I feel cheated and will also tell my friends about the change. I know a scoop did not take up 8 ounces of space. Will not be buying it again.

I had a rough year of surgeries and time spent in rehab in 2019. At the end of the year during my last stay, I was losing hair in CLUMPS! I asked around and ended up getting the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides water it was recommended that I take collagen. It only took about a month to see the noticeable slowdown of hair loss. Now, a year later, I lose almost no hair each day - even though some loss of hair is normal. I have never lost this little each day. I also have a lot of trouble keeping up with my fingernail growth. I have been adding Vital Collagen Peptides to my coffee/smoothies for a couple of years now and I stand by the fact that it’s my favorite additive to any of my beverages! My hairdresser and I both can tell when I’ve been using it consistently because the new growth baby hairs are wild! I love this product so much!

I have been using this for years. I could handle not including the scoop anymore however, I could not open the container this time. Arthritic fingers and thumbs cannot pull the tab. Thank goodness I had the last container! Got the top open, aggressively with scissors, and poured it all into there.

So I think this product is great it dissolves very easily in hot liquid like hot coffee but I wanted to use it now that's it's hot (temp) outside in my cold coffee each morning and it clumps up really bad and does not dissolve well at all in cold liquid. Would be an amazing product if it dissolved completely in cold or hot liquid!

I've tried a few other brands, and seriously - nothing compares to this one. It truly doesn't have a flavor, and on top of that, it's not so finely milled that it sits on top of even piping hot coffee. It's dense and weighty enough, that it still drops right into coffee with no trouble at all mixing. And my skin is better than it ever has been before! If you're on the fence, just go for it! But make sure the "Vital Proteins" label is at the top, and accept no substitutions!

There are many good quality collagen supplements out there these days but Vital Proteins still remains my favorite for 2 reasons. 1- there is truly no taste. Some brands I've tried still have a distinctive bovine taste that I really don't enjoy, this one is truly tasteless. 2- they dissolve quickly and easily! I have yet to find another brand that dissolves as quickly and easily as this brand. In fact, Vital Proteins collagen is the only collagen I can dissolve into a cold beverage (not talking about a smoothie) without weird collagen clumps remaining. These are the things you get for the higher price point, so if these 2 things really matter to you it's worth every penny!
