I am normally VERY skeptical of diet and beauty fads, but it's hard to ignore so many people I trust raving about VP's Collagen Peptides. That, coupled with the fact that my wedding was coming up within a year, made me pull the trigger to try some collagen peptides (long thick hair, strong nails, sign me up!) I started noticing a difference in my hair after a few months of taking 1 scoop a day in my coffee. WOW! I've been using vital proteins for about a month now and I can already see a change! I have noticed I'm full longer after I take it, my nails are thick and much stronger. Vital proteins easily dissolves in warm beverages. I put it in my coffee most mornings and can't even tell it's in there! I will definitely keep using this product. As a 64 year old I have arthritic knees and a bad shoulder. I started taking Collagen Peptides about a year ago and to my amazement both are doing better. I know it is not a cure but walking stairs and lifting my arm have become pretty much normal occurrences for me. I throw a capful in my a cup of coffee per day and am good to go.

You can see the distinct differences clearly by carefully reading the two labels side by side. “Original” and “Advanced” 1. Color has changed. This formula is pure white unlike the original that has brown speckles throughout. 2. The “Original” formula that I ordered has the Amino Acid Profile listed on the label. This “Advanced” formula does not. Why is this now missing on the “Advanced” label? 3. The “Original” formulation is Kosher, this “Advanced” formula is not! 4. The “Original” formulation is Whole Thirty approved. This “Advanced” formula is not. 5. The “Original” formula label reads “Dairy FREE” and “Gluten FREE”. The Advanced formula label reads “Made without Dairy” and “Made without Gluten”indicating possible cross contamination with the “new” manufacturing process?? This new “Advanced” formula is not what I ordered and not what I need. If I cannot continue to get the “Original” formula, I will be canceling my subscription and I definitely want a refund for the “Advanced” formula version I just received today.

I have been using vital protein collagen peptides every morning in my coffee for about two months now. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My skin looks and feels better, I can definitely see and feel the difference. The individual packets were very convenient but I worry about excess package waste so I opted for the large container. Just pour and mix, the powder dissolves instantly so you can’t tell anything was added. I was afraid there might be some left over powder pieces at the bottom of the cup , but nothing. It really blends in completely with no taste.

Bought this about a month ago, after hearing multiple people talk about it in a fitness group I am in. Overall, it's okay. It was suggested to use in my morning tea of coffee, since the hot liquid makes it easier to dissolve. When I tried it with my morning tea, it tasted like I made my tea with dirty water. It was slightly better in my coffee, but there was still an odd after taste to my coffee. In neither did it easily dissolve. My most successful place to use it, with no after taste, was in a huge fruit packed smoothie. Seems like the blender is the only place it "dissolves" easily. Will I finish the container? Sure. Will I buy it again? No.

I purchased this 3 weeks ago and I LOVE it! I mix it in my iced tea every morning. By the way it does clump but by the time I get to work it is dissolved. My skin feels a lot better already. I bought this mainly for my joints since I have RA. It may take more time before I notice it helping but I really love it so far!
