It took about two weeks to start feeling the results. I take 2 scoops in my coffee each morning. I have noticed that I have more energy, better mood and are not as hungry. My work out at the gym have approved and I am sleeping much better. This is a great product.

I have been taking this Collagen for years now and I couldn't be happier! I've tried a few other brands but this one always tops them. It's tasteless in my coffee or Matcha, and I love the home delivery. People think I'm 10 years younger than I actually am, so that's a win in my book!! Thank you Vital Proteins for making such a fabulous product! Any chance you could make an unflavoured one with Hyaluronic Acid?!

I have noticed my nails and hair are 10x healthier after using for the last few months. It's also a great way to incorporate additional protein.

I started taking this product to help with my knees which had started to hurt more often then not. Not only has it helped my knees which I've always had issues with, but I've also noticed a lot of new growth in my hair as well. I will continue to use this product. I will say I find it dissolves better in warm or hot liquid so thats how I take it. Either in some coffee or in warm water with a little crystal light.

I bought this item about a month ago, I started using it right away, once per day. I wasn't paying much attention until I forgot to use it for about 4 days and my knees were achy- that's when I noticed that it was helping my knees. I took for granted the fact that my knees weren't achy due to this product. It took about 3 days for the achy joints to feel better again. I run 4-5 days per week and use the stair master as well. No more pain when I do squats and lunges either. Initially I bought the product for my hair, skin and nails...

I've been a fan of vital proteins for over two years now. It's added to my morning coffee or shake, just blended it, nothing fancy needed. It's flavorless (though I occasionally treat myself to the vanilla in the cooler months. It's a clean product and I like what it does for my skin as well as my overall health.

I just purchase from CB- UK and find out it has different label with this web. Grass label but the label is food supplement and dont have ingredients of HA +Vit.C It should be one type of New Grass Label with Ha+Vit.C? But why this ingredients only Collagen?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first cannister was smaller one..it's actually not enough , Doesn't last more than 2 wks... barely 1/2 full.. So I had to up to next size. That being said , taking over month so notice my hair being more healthy & getting it's elasticity back ..not losing much now.

I was very disappointed with product. The container came without a scoop and not enough product for even 3 weeks. Confusing info on what daily amount to use. I used Vital Protein a few years ago and container was much larger and taste has changed . Bitter taste now. I will not be buying again.
