3/4 cup Fage Greek yogurt (2%) 1/4 cup organic 2% milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp Swerve brown sugar Generous sprinkle of cinnamon 1 tbl ground chia seeds (use coffee grinder) 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Muesli. 2 scoops collagen peptides Separate a 32 oz container of Fage into 5 bowls. Add all the ingredients to each bowl except the collagen peptides and ground chia seeds. Stir each bowl, put a lid on them, and stick them in the fridge. Add collagen peptides and ground chia seeds right before eating each bowl and stir. I eat this every morning and it's delicious. Full of protein, fiber, and yummy goodness. My ache joins aren't so ache any more and my skin's looking better. I'm close to 60. I also eat a vital protein bar every day. They help me get enough protein in everyday. I'm a meat lover but there's only so much of it I can eat a day.

I am 69 and my hair has thinned out. My daughter told me about this product which she started using for her joint health as a runner. I have not used it very long but notice my nails are definitely stronger. I have been using some hair products which have been helping regrow and thicken my hair and I think this is also beginning to help as well. I am anxious to see how my hair is in a couple of months. I use this in my morning coffee and it has no taste at all!

I have used this collagen product for years and until recently found it to be highly effective and made noticeable improvements to my hair and nails. Your new formula suggests I use 3x the prior recommendation and it has absolutely no effect on my hair, skin or nails. Very disappointing. Your formula change, I assume for higher profits, is totally ineffective.

Who knew??? Read the fine print and compare labels. Store product looks the same, until you look at what is offered online. Online product contains more beneficial ingredients, than the store product. i.e. online product ingredients include hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. Store product looks the same but isn't. So disappointed. I thought I purchased the same product in the store, until I looked online and compared the labels. :(

I started taking this because it said it was good for joints. I was skeptical but now I'm a believer! Within a week I noticed major improvement when going down stairs. I will definitely keep taking it every day. I just throw a couple scoops in my coffee every morning & can't even taste it. Love this stuff!

I have been using Vital Proteins for over two years now. I cannot tell you exactly when I noticed the difference, but my hair and nails are in top shape. My nails are white and my hair is shiny and grows pretty fast for a 50 yr old. My skin has not suffered the last two winters due to the east coast cold winters. This has become a natural routine for me daily. I place in my morning coffee and go.

This powder definitely does have a gross aftertaste if you only mix it in water or something like tea. When I mix it in my coffee it's fine and has no taste. My hair and skin are looking good but I'm also taking vitamins and have a good diet so not positive if it's the collagen working or something else. This company sends too many emails.

Honestly, I haven't noticed any difference in my body or energy or recovery levels. I just drink it in a smoothie every morning bc it's supposed to be good for you. However, I was annoyed when I first opened it bc the container is literally more than half empty while the "9 oz" barely come up to halfway of the bottle. Could be just bc the size of the container vs the amount in it, idk. Either way, it was annoying to open the container and see it not fully filled up.

I love this product! Not Only has it helped my skin but it helps with energy levels throughout the day as well. I've seen reviews where people are complaining it won't blend. I use my one cup blender instead of just trying to stir and it's perfect. It's good with almond Milk and even blended with ice and water !

I ordered this to try to help some joint pain I've been having... unfortunately, it's so gross that I can't even bring myself to use it. It's not even the flavor that's the issue, it's the consistency. It's like drinking cooking oil, and it doesn't mix that well so some of it condenses on the bottom of whatever you put it in. I tried mixing it in a smoothie to get past the nasty oil feel, but it turned into a gel ball with powder in the middle. It takes about 10 oz. of water for ONE scoop (recommendation is two scoops), so I tried to just suck it up and drink the 10 oz. of water, but by about half way my body was gagging.
