I wanted to try this product based on the number of reviews. I wanted to see some extra growth in my nails and hair and I haven't really noticed anything different at all. I stopped using it daily a few days ago and I'm not sure I will continue. A little disappointed.

I've been a fan of vital proteins for over two years now. It's added to my morning coffee or shake, just blended it, nothing fancy needed. It's flavorless (though I occasionally treat myself to the vanilla in the cooler months. It's a clean product and I like what it does for my skin as well as my overall health.

I'm pretty happy with this product. My hair feels softer and I'm finally meeting my daily protein intake with this added to my daily diet. I barely notice a taste which I prefer. And LOVE that the container is 90% paper versus plastic. You have to pay attention to direction when opening container but worth it - the less plastic my food touches the healthier the product is for my body.

I have been taking collagen peptides for one year. I started with Vital Proteins for a few months and then tried two other brands for three months. Brand #2 had 5 types of collagen, which I found was more than I needed, plus it didn't mix well. Brand #3 had great ratings online, but was more expensive and I saw minimal results. I have returned to Vital Proteins because I can see more of a difference than with the other two brands I used. My skin has more a "spring" feel to it and there is a noticeable difference.

I am 42 and this is rhe first time I take collagen. I was shocked since the first week. I felt great! I started noticing less pain in my joints, more energy, my skin looking amazing and my hair and nails growing faster. I am in my second month and I couldnt be happier. I usually take it at night in my green tea.

I have only been taking 1 scoop a day (I know it recommends 1-2). I have been taking this for about 11 days now and have not seen any difference. I know it takes about 2-4 weeks for results so I am hopeful I will see skin improvement soon! As for the product itself, it is pretty much odorless and tasteless. I add a scoop to my morning coffee or water and I do not notice it at all. It mixes really well too!

Great product - revise directions on top of new packaging. Once you get it open it's fine - but I destroyed the lid thinking the ‘pinch rim & pull up' with an arrow pointing to the inner rim meant to separate the top off and pull it up. If you went to all the expense to design new packaging,user test it first, and re-write the lid instructions. Do appreciate it's more sustainable though and now I know how to open for the next one!

I bought this with high hopes - great product but half the powder was gone in the jar. It's like a bag of chips full of air. For the price, i wasn't expecting that. I understand it's most likely for packaging purposes, but for the price, you should have more product

When I began taking Collagen Peptides, my nails were weak, my hair was dry and my skin could never seem to get enough moisture. After several months of taking CP, I no longer have any of the problems list above! The product is flavorless and dissolves quickly into any temperature liquid. Try it and see how it changes you for the better!

I began taking this in November 2018 to improve my skin hydration because winters in the Midwest were reeking havoc on my skin. I saw a significant improvement as we got into the most brutal months, January and February. My hair is also growing like crazy, as are my nails. That boost of protein is a nice benefit too. My mom had issues with thinning hair and brittle nails and she has seen major improvements in the same time period. I only wish I had started this sooner!
