I have religiously been taking my vital proteins collagen every single morning for over 3 years now. One scoop in my coffee, and it completely dissolves and no taste at all. I've seen a huge difference in my skin and the rapid growth of my nails and hair. Can't live without it!!!

I've been using collagen peptides from VP since 2012. I love how versatile they are. My favorites right now include putting them in my matcha in the morning, smoothies, and in my electrolyte drinks before working out or just to sip on throughout the day. I try to take 20-40 g per day.

I thought this was making a meaningful difference in my skin after using it for 2 weeks, however, I developed 3 cold sores. There is a higher level of arginine (which contributes to cold sores) without enough of the counter balance of lysine. I really wanted to use this but can't risks 3 cold sores at once again.

As with the Marine Collagen I put a scoop in my morning coffee, smoothies, hot tea, or just add it to plain water.

Following this, I supplemented with one does first thing in the morning with a vit C tab and continue to do so six months later. My only regret is not taking a photograph. I am tempted to stop and restart in order to convert any doubters but this was an expensive endeavor. I am in my late 40's with the usual signs of aging. I use numerous serums, anti=aging products and sun creams. I also have microneedling (annual), Caci (monthly) and LED (6 x month biannually) treatments. This product has been the most effective of all. My hands look 15 years younger. They had a creepy, dehydrated appearance for over a decade. Nothing changed this. Now i wave with pride! My facialist asked me where I got my fillers when I saw her in February this year. I had last seen her 6 months previously. She described skin as "bouncy" and "full". I really struggle opening the new paperboard canister. I just bought my 2nd one. I struggled opening the first one and ended up using pliers and messing up the lid. For this 2nd canister, I followed the video instructions of pinching the rim and pulling, and I still couldn't open it as instructed and had to use tools. That's not safe. Please consider changing to a screw top. I will choose another brand that is easier to open until then. Additionally, once open, it's not secure. I really like your product, but if I cannot easily open it myself, it's of no use.

So far so good! I love the fact that there is no noticeable taste and it simply and easily dissolves into my coffee each morning! Makes it easy to incorporate this step in to my daily regime. I'm looking forward to seeing and feeling the results 90 days down the line!

I bought this a few months ago and am so happy I did! It's flavorless so you can put it in anything and enjoy your drink. I usually put it in my coffee in the morning and go about my day feeling refreshed and energized. My hair and nails have never looked healthier. My hair has been thinning for some time and now it's full and thick!

I'm happy with my purchase! I haven't used it long enough to see results, but I do enjoy it. Although, I was irritated to open it for the first time and see it is only filled half way up the container....should be filled up more if we're purchasing that size we should get what we pay for!
