I have Ehlers Danlos and my doctor recommended I start taking collagen and recommended Vital Proteins. I've been using it for almost a year and can honestly tell a difference. Before taking it, my back would give out and my hips would pop in and out a lot. Now it almost NEVER happens. Only if I miss a few days of collagen (ie ran out or on vacation) will my symptoms flare up.

I bought this just under a month ago to help with the health of my skin, hair and nails. I find it easy to take in the morning with my coffee. I don't even notice that I've added it. So far I haven't noticed any discernable difference in my hair or nails. My nails in particular are still breaking and splitting. Hopefully with continued use I will see some benefit.

I've been taking these collagen peptides semi-consistently for the past few months and can already tell a difference in my skin and nails. I don't take it regularly because it backs me up a bit which isn't surprising since I hear it's good for leaky gut. But otherwise it's super easy to include in just about anything I eat or drink!

I started using Vital Protein around the end of November 2020, by the end of December I was able to tell the difference with my joints, skin and nails. Being an RN always working 12 hours shift on my feet this helps. My only concern, the sodium level and I have high blood pressure. Overall its good and I have ordered since am now on my 2nd jar.

Normally I would give 5 stars but new batch has some issues. The smell is horrible. Previous batches had no smell. We use this daily in my home & definitely product has changed. I always keep 6 containers on hand. New one this morning had some kind of plastic fibers in the mix I had to strain out. What is up with quality control? May have to switch due to all this changes.

I have been using this product almost 1 month. I put it ni my morning coffee, and for some reason it made me nauseus so when I brushed my teeth I would start gagging and vomit. I tried it in my juice but it would not dissolve very good. I have cut back to using it every other day so far so good.

I have been buying Vital Proteins for almost 2 years now and the last container I received is different. The scoop measurement is different and this one IS NOT tasteless. I have to choke down every sip of my tea (that's how I take it - hot tea every morning). I think it's time to find an alternative collagen protein.

I was skeptical that “tasteless” and “odorless” wouldn't be 100% true, but i mix this in with my morning shake and can honestly say those statements are true. I wish it was FDA approved for pregnant/nursing moms, like other supplements are. If it's a safe single-ingredient product it seems like it should be able to get that seal of approval? Overall very happy with product

On my third month of using this product. My hair loss has significantly decreased and it is growing incredibly fast. My nails are on a whole different level. I used to be able to go two to three weeks before getting them done and now I'm at 7-10 days because they grow out now. My skin is no longer dry and feels and be looks great. The best part is my digestive system has improved immensely!!!

After taking the VP Collagen Peptides w/hyaluronic acid for 6 months, I cannot believe how much better my nails are. I used to have a vertical split in one of my nails that repeatedly broke down to the nail bed. It is almost Gone!! My nails grow like crazy now. I have also noticed that my skin is much less drier than it used to be. I always had sort of ashy, dry skin and now my skin feels and looks much better. I almost never need to use hand lotion anymore, and I rarely even have to use chapstick. I haven't felt much improvement with my daily aches and pains but I'll keep using this in my morning smoothie everyday anyway.
