I've been using this product (formerly 5 stars) for at least 3 years and wonder whose BAD IDEA it was to switch packaging. This is the worst ever. I finally used pliers to grasp the edge since my 74 year-old fingers do not have the grip strength required to open this container. I hope you are getting great personal satisfaction for "saving the planet with your ridiculous sustainable packaging" because that has obviously become more important than your customers' satisfaction! You can pat each other on the back for this stupid idea. Nonsense. I'll find another product where the CUSTOMER is #1.

I love the product but cannot, but the new packaging is terrible. I have arthritis and cannot open the new “ paper” container. I have noticed similar comments from those with arthritis. This morning I finally, I had to open a new container and after several attempts to open, I finally had to chop it up to gain entry. This is ridiculous. I fortunately kept an old screw top container and I have to dump the contents into it once I finally open the one with the new packaging. If you cannot offer a package that is user friendly to those of us with arthritis can, I will have to change to a brand I can open.

I'm on my second month of Collagen Peptides and my hair and nails are growing like crazy. I have also experienced less joint pain. I will continue to subscribe! I had trouble with dissolving in cold water but reached out to Vital Proteins about it and they explained how to dissolve the powder first in warm water first and now it's been perfect every time. Great product and great customer service!

After being a long- time customer who has recommended Vital Proteins to others, I am voting with my dollars and switching to another brand. I need a dedicated scoop and container that respect me and not just the environment. I also wonder what changes have been made or will be made to the products once consumers accept the shoddy packaging and customer service.

I get the big tub of this every two weeks. I can't live without it. It has worked miracles on my whole body. My skin has cleared up and problems that I was having with my joints have just about cleared up also. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

I wish I would have known about this sooner! I've never had a stronger, more immediate response to a supplement! I feel great and it is truly flavorless so adding it to a water bottle is no inconvenience! Great quality. I can't see myself switching over to a different brand. My health has rapidly improved.

I've used this product for about a month now & have already noticed incredible changes. My skin hasn't been this clear since before puberty hit. My nails haven't been breaking, I have to file them down every week. Also I swear my forehead lines are disappearing! The product has no taste, no smell, & dissolves easily. I'm hoping that I'll start experiencing some of the other benefits soon as time goes on. I read up on a lot of collagen products before trying this one. I'm shocked to read the one star reviews on this site, I've experienced no problems.

I'd used Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for 2 years and loved it. For some reason I quit using it for 6 months and I could tell a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I've started back, 2 months ago, and can already tell a difference. My hair, skin and nails thank you! My hair feels thicker, my skin just seems to be more luminous and my nails are stronger with less peeling.

I honestly started to use this to help me hit my protein goal each day and never really thought I'd notice anything but I was wrong! My skin looks amazing and I haven't had a breakout since staring to drink this everyday. Also, the pain in my foot from plantar fasciitis is gone. I add a scoop to my post workout or shake in the am and a scoop to my greens at night. Love it!

I started using Vital Protein powder in my coffee every morning and when I travel or don't have it with me, I can tell I am missing it! It helps control hunger, and I have noticed a difference in my hair and skin. It is unflavored but I can taste it in my coffee - but not bad. I have grown to expect it and enjoy it! I will purchase again.
