I've been taking collagen for nearly 4 weeks now. Holy cow!! My nails are growing so fast and it's really helping my skin. I also had a bone density scan this past week and that has gone up too. I really do believe it's the collagen. It mixes well and doesn't have flavor. I've put it in water, smoothies, and coffee. I'm really enjoying it.

I have been using vital proteins for 2 months now and boy can I see a difference . My skin spots have decreased dramatically and my nails and hair are growing thicker and faster. I love that when I blend this collagen in with my Matcha it makes it extra creamy/frothy without adding any type of weird taste. My nails are so strong and grow so fast. I feel good getting an extra serving of protein every morning. Sometimes there is a strong smell of plastic, I always hope its just the container and not coming from the actual collagen powder. Maybe in the future they could develop a different packaging option.

I used this product for a month. I put a scoop in my coffee every morning. Great at keeping me full through the morning, dissolves completely and no taste. HOWEVER, it caused horrible cystic acne. A quick google search revealed that this is a common side effect. Luckily stopping the product and the use of Diffren gel cleared up the issue.

I've tried numerous protein powders and this is the only one I've found that works for me. It's versatile (tasteless) and I don't have to worry about artificial sweeteners or added sugars. Superfine powder, so keep away from moisture (in container) to prevent clumping.

I was looking for something to help with my hair which just wasn't growing. Not much I tried was helping. After alot of research I decided to try Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. I loved I could just add it to my morning coffee. It was so easy. No taste, no smell. I had it every day in my morning coffee. I noticed a difference in my hair after 1 month. It was actually growing & getting thicker. But what I also discovered is that it helped a finger injury I had on my knuckle heal so quickly. It was an older injury that left me unable to bend my finger all the way. After a month I was able to bend it more & after 6 weeks I was able to bend it all the way completely. When I showed my doctor & told him about it he was very impressed. I told him I was using this product. It has made a huge difference in my hair & joint health. I finished my first container and definitely noticed an improvement in my skin. However i just can't stand the taste. If i put it oj i can barely taste it but it ruins the taste of coffe/tea and is horrible in water. I found it to have a slimy consistency. Plus i think it made me constipated. I have paused my auto delivery and not sure i will resume. I am torn because i do feel like i saw an improvement in my skin but not sure it is worth the trade off.
