I have been using the Vital Proteins Collagen for a year now, every morning with my breakfast. I blend fresh strawberries, a banana, tangerine juice with a scoop of it. I have seen multiple benefits to it. My skin looks more healthy, my gums are much healthier (and my periodontist can vouch for this) and the sore joints that I sometimes experience due to minor arthritis do not bother me. Minor cuts and bruises heal in half the time. My hair and nails are growing like weeds and my nails are much stronger as evidenced by I no longer experience any breakage. My doctor recommended me to try it. I also appreciate that the collagen comes from grass fed beef. I will continue to use it!

Taking this product daily, has improved my nails... I have tried everything. I've only been using for a month. I really like that it is something natural. Just like dieting and exercising, your not going to notice immediate changes. Going to take some time.

So, not to be negative, but I had hoped for a tiny bit of relief from degenerative arthritis in my spine...there was none. I felt no change whatsoever and I was religious about taking the daily dosage. Maybe I'd need to consume this for many months to see a change. Don't know.

I want to like this so bad but I wanted it to be flavorless. Everything I read says it has no taste and mixes in really easy to any liquid- but everything I put it in it's really chunky and it totally totally has a taste. I read that people put it in their coffee but that just ruins the coffee. Not a fan but still trying so hard to tolerate it!

I have used this collagen in the past and it worked really well. I noticed a change in my hair, skin, nails, and overall health without making any changes to my diet. I will not order online, but will continue to look in stores for the collagen that is not advanced. I have read the formula has changed. So sad. Neocell also seems like a really good brand to use.

I heard so much good about this product but I don't know if my batch went bad or what it is, but every time I've wanted to use it, it clumps. If I put it in my water it clumps and I don't want to shake my water bottle for 10 min. Am I doing something wrong because it only seems to dissolve in hot water. I don't drink coffee and it gives my tea a very weird taste. The taste in plain water (after I finish shaking it) also isn't good. I'm so sad! I bought this with very high hopes and I can't seem to enjoy it as often as I'd like. im going to continue use and come back and review after I finish it.

I've been taking Vital proteins powder for about a year. It has made such a noticeable difference especially in my skin and nails. I can't believe how fast my nails grow and healthy they look. I especially love these single packets for travel! I love that you can ad them in to my morning coffee and you don't even know your drinking it!

I get this every month with a subscription. The last shipment, as others have said, is different. It doesn't dissolve in my tea and has a really funky taste. Why??? Why did you change the formula? I don't want any more of this. It used to be great. Now it's terrible. I'll be canceling my subscription and looking for another brand. Really sad :(

I take one rounded scoop ( provided) in my morning coffee and have not needed my usual ibuprofen overload to handle my osteoarthritis at all….. not even one. My hair and nails never felt or looked better but that's just the added bonuses. Pain free !!!!! Thank you !!!!! The very best…. Tasteless and totally melts into hot coffee !

Honestly, I haven't noticed any difference in my body or energy or recovery levels. I just drink it in a smoothie every morning bc it's supposed to be good for you. However, I was annoyed when I first opened it bc the container is literally more than half empty while the "9 oz" barely come up to halfway of the bottle. Could be just bc the size of the container vs the amount in it, idk. Either way, it was annoying to open the container and see it not fully filled up.
