A friend, a much younger friend, recommended the Vital Proteins Collagen. I thought, “No way!” So, she gave me a portion of her order. I had nothing to lose. Right!?! I used it and loved it. So, I order my own now. I only use one scoop a day, but my whole body looks and feels so much better. Many people ask me what I do to look this way at 50...I claim to have gotten a good night’s rest! I don’t rest that well. Menopause is a beast, but collagen is its counterpoint! Thank God for young friends and their recommendations!

I also love that it’s unflavored so I can mix it in with almost anything. I started seeing a difference in my hair and nails within a few weeks.

I like the product. My problem is that for the last 2 times I've purchased, the container is a little bit over half full. Meaning noy full to the top as it use to be. I just opened my new container and it was sad. :( It is disappointing. For what it's worth, it should be filled.

Not going to lie, I was definitely one of those that were skeptical of this whole collagen thing. However after doing some research and seeing great review for Vital Protein, I gave it a shot. You can't taste it but you can definitely feel the sliminess if you don't mix it well. I like to really mask it in smoothies. Don't love the idea of what is truly is - but I have to say I definitely see a tremendous difference in my nails, skin, and hair. I noticed my nails are so much stronger and grew so much in just a few short weeks. I've been trying to sneak it in my mom's meals so she can get the benefits as well. Overall, I'm not a skeptic anymore. Definitely works!

I have been taking the collagen for @ 2 years now. Recommended by a coworker who noticed improvement in her chronically sore knee as well as in skin and hair. My yoga instructor also recommended it to help flexibility I also have seen improvements in my hair and skin ( I’m 67). And I used to have chronic discomfort ( arthritis?) in my hands. Worse in cold weather. I truly do not experience that pain anymore. And perhaps am more flexible. I tried this after seeing some of my friends using it. I was just looking for the skin benefits, I didn't even realize how much protein this has! The first container I got was just all wrong.. It didn't dissolve even in hot liquids and made whatever I put it in taste like beef. I reached out and they sent me a replacement and I could not be happier. It dissolved immediately and I can't taste it at all. Excited to see what it actually does for me!

I started taking this collagen a few months ago. I absolutely love it, there is no taste when I mix it with my drinks. It has helped my skin look absolutely gorgeous and my hair has grown tremendously. It used to be just below my ears and now it is starting to touch my neck. I cannot recommend this enough!
