The box came in perfect condition. opening the container, everything was organized nicely. The manual was easy to follow. The unit started with no problem. I am very satisfied with the product.

I bought this 9 days ago. but have not used it yet. It appears to be well made. Setup +was very easy.it has a lot of good features. Plenty of power to keep necessities ruing. 11 hours is a good run.

Bought this generator last month and I'm glad that I got it because he had a storm and we didn't have power and this generator made me push through. Keep my family warm for the whole time that the power was out.

Easy setup. It came with everything including oil. I had an electrician hook it up to the breaker box and a plumber to the natural gas. Now I can put it anywhere in the back yard.

Easy to set up and runs smoothly. Appears to be well made, not to heavy to move medium distances. It is much more powerful than most generators for just a little more money.
