We had a bad storm to come through our area and I wish I had bought this generator a long time ago. Great product. I would recommend this to anyone one .

Got through the breakin period - so far so good! I do wish the user guide had made it more clear at the start that you cannot use synthyetic oil until after the breakin period

I purchased this product for my daughter. She is very happy that it is easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space. Made well and she said perfect.

Bought this after hurricane Helene and had to use it for a brief (10 hour) power outage during power restoration. Used the propane option. Quiet and smooth.

Generator was well packaged and all equipment was present. Followed starting procedure without any problems. Have not used as yet, but feel confident it will preform as reported.

Easy to assemble and started in an instant. Ran through all the necessary steps to connect to the main power panel, and everything went smoothly. Not nearly as loud as I had expected and had experienced with other generators.

Just purchased the generator and was very impressed with the easy assembly and start up. Not looking forward to using it but glad to have the confidence of it being there.

I worked @ a power plant for 37 years we had 3 Westinghouse generators with steam turbines . They are still great machines after 60-70 years still running today . So I guess I'm saying name has been around this long got to be good !

Alpena MI suffered the worst ice storm in 100 years. We had no power for 6 days. I purchased this generator. Set up was easy. Started right up! Runs great. Good power to run all essentials!
