I bought this model recommended by my generator guy to set up a system that would !power my entire home if needed during hurricane season here in Florida. The set up was simple and as the ultimate test, had my wife complete the process on her own in case I wasn't home at the time. Worked like a charm

Very impressive. They thought of every thing. From the oil , tools, propane regulator and parrel cables. I like the compartment to store the on/off fob. Easy instructions and easy start both manual and electric. I like that you can charge usb devices. Love the telescope handle. I could not be more thrilled.

I purchased this generator about four weeks ago after a storm that left me and my family without power for about 3 days. Don't realize how much we depend on power until we lose it. So excited to have this generator. We feel secure now and so excited to have a back up.

I purchased this generator after many good recommendations. I am getting ready for either freezing weather or hurricanes or just plain power loss. I like that it can use gas as well as propane! It is heavy but after installing the wheels it can be moved easily. Like most generators, it is loud but, everyone else would probably understand your need to power up your home.

Im in my 70's and needed a reliable and simple to start generator so i found this 5300sc with electric start and i love it even tried the pull start 1 pull is all it took so glad about that so this westinghouse is not only a good looking well put together machine it more than does the job at my home and ironically the day i got this beauty we had a big storm and lost lower for 4 days and this generator worked perfectly good job westinghouse

The out of the box instructions were very easy and intuitive. The product design is great - access to all the important parts is well thought out. The instrument panel is very simple and easy to follow. The iGen4000 is fairly heavy, but the top handle, wheels and adjustable telescoping handle make it super easy to move around. Also, it is very quiet when it is running.
