I am so excited that I will be able to start this generator myself without asking g for HELP! and I like the duel fuel piece.Great for a woman in her seventies.living on solar. Done need hit much, but when I DO need it, I must be able to start it by myself.

I purchased this generator after many good recommendations. I am getting ready for either freezing weather or hurricanes or just plain power loss. I like that it can use gas as well as propane! It is heavy but after installing the wheels it can be moved easily. Like most generators, it is loud but, everyone else would probably understand your need to power up your home.

How about this generator on January 18? I've been wanting one for quite some time but I am so glad I bought this one. This generator is well-made and very easy to put the hardware on it like the handle and wheels it runs awesome I recommend this unit to 3600 to any of my friends and I have a bunch of them Again thank you Western house for making a outstanding generator unit. The out of the box instructions were very easy and intuitive. The product design is great - access to all the important parts is well thought out. The instrument panel is very simple and easy to follow. The iGen4000 is fairly heavy, but the top handle, wheels and adjustable telescoping handle make it super easy to move around. Also, it is very quiet when it is running.

I bought this back in September and I'm so happy I did! I'm elderly and on oxygen so it's important that I have non-stop electricity. After several multiple days without power in Houston, I decided to shop for a generator. I was looking for quality, capacity, cost effective and overall easy to use. I settled on WGen9500 TFc since I wanted the option for natural gas. This one had everything I was wanting. I had a friend come hook it up for me and have it ready for when I need it. Wow!!!! It even comes with a remote and with a push of the button, I was up and running. Very good quality and has the handle and wheels so that even I can move it around as needed. The cost was extremely affordable for my situation and comfort in knowing it is there whenever needed. This unit will run my whole 1750 sqft home along with the A/C. Currently it is hooked up to propane, but I can switch it over to natural gas easily. And as far as easy, I keep it plugged in to a separate plug (just for the generator) and only need to flip the switch on the wall and hit the start button on my remote. Can't get much easier than that. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

This is what I needed. I have natural gas, Propane and gas generator. I'm glad I did because when the storm came through it took out electricity all over trees down which prevented getting gas so to have the option to use propane or natural gas was great. I would recommend this generator. I mentioned to my brother in a different state and he picked one up and its a good thing they are getting a lot of snow and cold weather. The quality is great

I've had several generators in the past this is my first dual fuel one and I was skeptical of how it would work, but since I switched over and was running the propane, I don't have to go out and check the fuel or fill it as much as was the gas Good running machine starts right up no problems whatsoever so far

I bought this a couple of days ago so I don't have any real time with it but I was surprised how well built it was. Instructions were simple and after adding oil and gas it started up on the second pull. I already have a much bigger generator but it is so loud that my neighbors would complain if I ran it at night. This one is so quiet by comparison with as much wattage output that I would need to run my gas heater or tankless hot water heater if the power goes out. I also will use it if the power is extended on my two refrigerators. Very light compared to the monster I have out in the shed. Time will tell how it will fare but based on other users it should be fine for my needs.
