I bought it to use with a Generalink switch device installed at my meter and it works great. Took me about 15 minutes to assemble and add oil. Seems to be a sturdy well built model with a nice folding handle, easy for me to move it around. I really like the dual fuel option and easy start.

We live in the Houston Tx area. We purchased this generator to power our entire house and to get us through hurricane season. It was delivered next day, easy to assemble and once you get the wheels on, easy to maneuver. It is extremely heavy! We are very happy with our purchase and feel confident we made the right choice with this brand and model.

I purchased this generator as a backup for my home during power outages. Outages are more than likely to happen now that the power company may need to shut power down during some weather-related conditions. I like the tri fuel option, as I can either run it off gasoline, propane or natural gas. Also, the remote start is another great feature. I purchased this generator based on the great reviews and I'm not disappointed with my decision.

We are very happy with our original 9500 generator purchase and it worked well last hurricane season. We do have an out building/garage with a separate meter so this generator is much needed. We also have 220/240 amp well that we will be able to run in an emergency. The price is also very reasonable.

Great features on this generator. Electric start, remote start, built in battery charging plug. Makes it easy for my wife or son to start it if I'm not home. 50 amp plug offers plenty of power. Tri fuel is a great feature also. This is my insurance policy when the next hurricane comes through.

I called an Electrician friend of mine and ask for a reference. He called his Electrician buddy who does lots of generators and he asked for a recommendation for me. He came back with Westinghouse. My daughter bought one and then I bought this one. I'm happy to have it around.

I bought this generator last month. It was easy to setup and started the first time I pushed the ignition switch and I also started it up from about 50 feet away with the fob. I have run it several hours to break it in using propane. I have also had an electrician set it up to run through our electric panel and He said it should run the whole house.

Just brought it . Live very rural a power goes out often. It cranks quickly and I love the remote feature because the generator is about 100 ft from porch so all I do is crank it remotely and throw the transfer switch . It's way quieter and doesn't cause lights to flicker when the water well pump comes on . Only used it for a test run but good so far

I bought the Westinghouse generator 13,500 on May 2nd 2025. It came in remarkable time. It's built very sturdy. Not a flimsy generator at all. I bought a big enough generator to run my whole house during power outages. I don't have it all wired in yet to my house. But a professional electrician said this generator will be more than enough to do the job. It was easy to assemble putting wheels on . I put oil in ,which was supplied as well as all tools needed to assemble, it started right up and run great. I have been using it to run some of my power tools to break it in. I will be ready for the power outage for sure. Thanks Westinghouse for a well packaged and well built generator.
