I bought this generator after going through hurricane Milton. We were without power for 8 days and had a smaller generator that was just barely adequate. After things settled down, I went looking for something bigger and found this Westinghouse generator. I am very excited to use it, although I am not looking forward to another hurricane! I am happy with the power and ability and am anxious to see it perform!

Bought this for my 5th wheel Rv for non electric sites, but did not get to use it yet for that. Just had power outage at home and wanted to test it out. Generator stored in Rv all winter long and got out to use after checking out. Started right up after couple tries and runs quiet and smooth. Powered full size refrigerator/freezer small refrigerator, pellet stove and some accessories for 4 hours straight. Worked fantastically. A+++

We just bought our generator a few days ago and it was delivered quickly and with care. The generator, though heavy, was easy to handle in order to get the wheels and the feet on. Once that was done, it was super easy to move around. Hooking it up was an absolute breeze and though not needing it yet, we decided to try it out.For our purposes, it’s perfect and very easy to use. We are hoping that this years hurricane season is mild, but if not, we feel fully prepared. Thank you. And thank you for sending us the generator cover!

I just bought it and tried it out and starts great runs fairly quiet. I bought this model because of it being able to run on natural gas. I liked the fact that the lines for both LP and natural gas were included. Also a bonus with the trickle charger for battery when not in use. Thanks

I bought this back in September and I'm so happy I did! I'm elderly and on oxygen so it's important that I have non-stop electricity. After several multiple days without power in Houston, I decided to shop for a generator. I was looking for quality, capacity, cost effective and overall easy to use. I settled on WGen9500 TFc since I wanted the option for natural gas. This one had everything I was wanting. I had a friend come hook it up for me and have it ready for when I need it. Wow!!!! It even comes with a remote and with a push of the button, I was up and running. Very good quality and has the handle and wheels so that even I can move it around as needed. The cost was extremely affordable for my situation and comfort in knowing it is there whenever needed. This unit will run my whole 1750 sqft home along with the A/C. Currently it is hooked up to propane, but I can switch it over to natural gas easily. And as far as easy, I keep it plugged in to a separate plug (just for the generator) and only need to flip the switch on the wall and hit the start button on my remote. Can't get much easier than that. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

After unboxing my new Wgen10500 generator and attaching the wheels and legs, and filling the oil, it started right up on the very first try on propane. No hesitation at all. It runs strong. It's about as loud as a gas lawn mower. I'll be adding an inlet box and 50 amp transfer switch as well as a natural gas outlet for uninterrupted operation the next time a storm knocks out the power. Some might question whether it's wise to invest a few thousand dollars for a backup generator when the power rarely goes out. Think of it as homeowners insurance or auto insurance. You don't want to have to use it but in the event something happens you're glad you had it. This is a great investment!

Although I've previously left a review about my WGEN9500DFC generator, I'm leaving another one. The battery 🔋 isn't working without a boost. I'm currently in the process of receiving another one. Besides that, the machine seems to be a good investment. Also I'm still waiting for my bonus generator cover

I bought WGen 11500TFc in August of 2024. It is an amazing generator which power up the whole house using Natural gas including both my 3.5 ton and 3 ton Ac at the same time with an easy start installed in both AC unit. I would recommend this unit if you live in Texas with all the power outage especially during Hurricane

I purchased this unit in April9,2025. I purchased it so I would be able to use majority of my household appliances and air conditioner. Living here in Florida with hurricanes and loosing power. Also the convenience being a woman and using propane. .

ok to assemble; big in size but provides enough capacity to run whole house equipment including HVAC, heating, all appliances. loved the 3 fuel type inlet. tried it on propane. worked very well. a little noisy but the best deal i could find for this price
