WGen9500DF Great unit, getting used to how some products look very cheaply packed and even built. This unit is the opposite of all that. Very well put together and great manual, and the unit operates like a champ. Even my electrician says it's a well set up unit he has helped install on multiple homes. He recommends this unit as well. Very happy I chose this one per reviews I read.

Purchased directly after Hurricane Helene with intent of using as ''Back Up' power source... This Bi-Fuel (Gas/Propane) engine started without hesitation on Propane and Gas, is for this reason alone, is going to be my Primary Emergency power source...... Thanks for a Great Product

I bought the WGen10500Tfc model to replace my conventional generator that would run the lights, fridge, and a few other appliances during a power outage. This model is a beast and will be able to control all the necessities during the next outage without hesitation. My wife and I will be comfortable knowing we have this as a backup and rest assured our power will be restored as soon as I hit the button on the remote.

Bought this generator to run house appliances during hurricanes. Always been hard to start on gas or propane. Should have sent it back. Looking for a Westinghouse service center before warranty runs. Paid good money fir this thing and now I have nothing.

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy with this generator. I actually bought one prior to that and after using it I realized it will be worth to buy another one before the freeze weather hit Texas. I am definitely glad I made this decision. It has a remote start and triple fuel function.

I bought this back in September and I'm so happy I did! I'm elderly and on oxygen so it's important that I have non-stop electricity. After several multiple days without power in Houston, I decided to shop for a generator. I was looking for quality, capacity, cost effective and overall easy to use. I settled on WGen9500 TFc since I wanted the option for natural gas. This one had everything I was wanting. I had a friend come hook it up for me and have it ready for when I need it. Wow!!!! It even comes with a remote and with a push of the button, I was up and running. Very good quality and has the handle and wheels so that even I can move it around as needed. The cost was extremely affordable for my situation and comfort in knowing it is there whenever needed. This unit will run my whole 1750 sqft home along with the A/C. Currently it is hooked up to propane, but I can switch it over to natural gas easily. And as far as easy, I keep it plugged in to a separate plug (just for the generator) and only need to flip the switch on the wall and hit the start button on my remote. Can't get much easier than that. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

I've had several generators in the past this is my first dual fuel one and I was skeptical of how it would work, but since I switched over and was running the propane, I don't have to go out and check the fuel or fill it as much as was the gas Good running machine starts right up no problems whatsoever so far

We ordered this after a MAJOR ice storm in Northern Michigan. Arrived promptly. Have had it for two months and just started it up today due to another outage. Hooked up propane and plugged into my exterior feed port. My wife just got out of the shower and commented that she loves the sound of the generator. LOL Showers and laundry were not an option during the ice storm. This thing is running the entire house including our well pump which is the problem I had with my old generator, not enough output to run the 220 pump. I would highly recommend at this point.

I bought this generator because I have a dog and a cat at home and every year it seems like the power goes out for at least a day and sometimes more. Recently the power went out for three days, and fortunately, my neighbor's power went out, but mine did not. With that being said if I had to go to a hotel, they would certainly not accept my dog and my cat so, I had to purchase this so I could have peace of mind to keep my house warm and comfortable for my animals and myself. I am so glad that I did. I have peace of mind now that I will not have to abandon my home to go to a hotel. This generator allows me to hook up to my natural gas, so I don't have to change any bottles out and it's so convenient. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone.

The generator works as intended and runs quietly. I'm basically using it to charge batteries on my fishing boat at the location where it is stored lost power due to tropical storm Helene. The warranty registration is a little confusing as it would not accept my input of the model number and instead "prefilled" the field with iGenTent... not what I'm registering. It's a iGen2550C.
