I purchased this during a critical time when frozen tree limbs and power lines cause power outages. I have not used it yet but the product has a number to great features for the cost. Switching between gas and propane - wheels to maneuver easily and a well labled buttons and switches. New to the use of generators and this one is portable and appears to be easy to use.

Purchased in preparation possible Hurricane 2025 season. Impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the unit. The user guide well written and encourage all to read and highlight items of interest. Appreciate including the Replacement Parts list and diagram. Inclusion of the angled oil funnel was a good surprise. Looking forward to having a reliable power source in anticipating of power outages.

My husband purchased the WGen9500DF for our home after an outage where we had lost 2 freezers full of meat & fridge full of food (we all know how expensive food & meat is). We had another outage shortly after the purchase, it worked better than we anticipated & covered more areas than we had originally planned for. We are extremely happy & would purchase again.

Although I've previously left a review about my WGEN9500DFC generator, I'm leaving another one. The battery 🔋 isn't working without a boost. I'm currently in the process of receiving another one. Besides that, the machine seems to be a good investment. Also I'm still waiting for my bonus generator cover

ok to assemble; big in size but provides enough capacity to run whole house equipment including HVAC, heating, all appliances. loved the 3 fuel type inlet. tried it on propane. worked very well. a little noisy but the best deal i could find for this price

I shopped online and found that all the features and price point was more then I needed. It was easy to unbox, and put together. Had it running in an hour, and gave it a test. Push button start, and even a key fob start and stop. What was also nice, if battery is not charged and your without power, there is an emergency pull start. I know I'll be ready for any future emergency's.

I wish everything I bought was as reliable as this generator. Right out of the box it started on the second pull. After starting, run very smooth. Then I turned it off and restart. On the first pull, it starts and runs a full load for at least two hours. Then tried it again. First pull start every time and works well. Had it for 9 days and it still performs very well. Would highly recomment it to everyone.

This is a generator I'm trying to put in the model and it only will let me do something of a tent or some other thing it's WGen11500 TFc Anyway happy with it it's going to fit my means I know this company's reliable I haven't got to use generator yet but I just wanted to get it registered.

I bought this to protect my home and I am so glad I did. I travel a lot and I have peace of mind because my wife can start it with the electric starter. Having the fuel options is also a great reason to purchase this generator. It is heavy duty yet user friendly. This is the generator for me. If you buy this you will not regret it.

I bought this Generator end of last year due to increasing power outages in our area caused by big storms and deep freezes. We love the features like the remote start and fuel options. The portability aspect of this generator makes it a plus. We highly recommend it!
