Purchased this generator two weeks ago. The packaging is excellent, and assembly and set up was very easy. It started very easily with the push button start. Haven't had a power outage yet but feel I am definitely ready this year for whatever Mother Nature throws at me.

I recently purchased my WGen 6500 generator as a backup for unforeseen power outages. I completed the 5-hour break in period putting light loads on the generator at random intervals, it worked perfectly. I have recently tested this equipment under maximum load and was very impressed with the performance under approximately a 5000 watt load. I would highly recommend purchasing one of these products.

I am very glad I purchased this generator for many reasons, including that it will start and run the air conditioner on my RV. This generator is also a dual fuel unit, meaning I can also connect it to the propane system on my RV and every works just fine. I especially appreciate that the generator also has an electric start with a remote button, so I can start the generator and shut it off from inside my RV. Pretty nice!

I bought this unit hoping that the 5 star reviews were true and not fantasy. In my 50 years of starting up portable generators, this one was by far the easiest. Cranked up the first time on propane and the transition to gasoline was seemless. Voltage was steady and proper. I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues.

I purchased this generator about four weeks ago after a storm that left me and my family without power for about 3 days. Don't realize how much we depend on power until we lose it. So excited to have this generator. We feel secure now and so excited to have a back up.

After unboxing my new Wgen10500 generator and attaching the wheels and legs, and filling the oil, it started right up on the very first try on propane. No hesitation at all. It runs strong. It's about as loud as a gas lawn mower. I'll be adding an inlet box and 50 amp transfer switch as well as a natural gas outlet for uninterrupted operation the next time a storm knocks out the power. Some might question whether it's wise to invest a few thousand dollars for a backup generator when the power rarely goes out. Think of it as homeowners insurance or auto insurance. You don't want to have to use it but in the event something happens you're glad you had it. This is a great investment!

I bought this generator last summer and have used it twice. Electric start is awesome especially with the included battery charger. Currently using it on gasoline power but will be connecting it to propane this year. Generator is connected to the house electrical panel so when the power goes out, two breakers brings the entire house back on line. Very pleased with this product.

I have had this Generator since September of last year the convince of Gas or propane has made this the ultimate product. The instructions are easy to follow and it requires very little maintenance. I recommend one in every house hold. Its worth every penny.

I am impressed with my purchase. Everything they promised appears to have been included. At first, I thought it didn't include the remote key fob but found it on the pull recoil handle. I like the fact there is a maintenance schedule as well - basic oil change, filter change. It seems well made and looking forward to staying comfortable for many years.

I just got my generator out of the box and set up. I have not connected to the house yet but it did start up and display read 240 volts. I am going to buy a separate storage shed for my hurricane supplies. This unit will have a good home and be readily accessible.
