I have used this for 10 hours so far and it runs great with lots of power and flow. I found starting it when it is hot is best done by removing the nozzle from the QD and just squeeze the trigger and let water flow from the QD. It give the least back pressure on the pump.

Received and already pressure washed my large driveway. This unit with surface cleaner cut my time in half. It's a large motor for hand cranking keep that in mind if elderly. Build quality is ok. Think it matches the price. This is not a commercial unit for heavy use but it's not priced to be.

I searched for a long time for a new pressure washer. I needed something reliable with low maintenance because I need to pressure wash 2-3 times per year. I also needed a lot of power because I live on an island with a lot of mold and have an elevated house. I've used this new pressure washer twice and am super impressed. It is the best pressure washer for the money.

I have been using this pressure washer with my pressure washing company. The handle broke after 3 days of use and the motor struggles to turn and requires more pulls than other Pressure Washers. Overall the pressure washer works well and can complete jobs but doesn't seem 100% Reliable. Good for starting out, not for longevity.

Bought this Westinghouse WPX3800 pressure washer as a replacement/upgrade due to my previous pressure washer giving me problems. I am very impressed how well built the unit is including the frame and especially the motor. I am looking forward to having a pressure washer that has an adjustable throttle and able to cut the fuel off so gas does not remain in the carburetor when stored.

Bought this a week ago and by far this is the best pressure washer I have tried. I originally bought an electric pressure washer from a local retailer (different brand). It did not run very long before overheating so I returned it and decided to get a gas powered unit. I saw this one and thought I would give it a try. I like that it had the triplex pump and good pressure. I was not disappointed. I have used it for about 5 hours now across 3 days and it starts on the first pull each time and has never overheated. Just good pressure all the time. Would definitely recommend.

This machine has the power to deep clean concrete, stone or other masonry surfaces. It is a sturdy unit that I expect to last for me a long time--forever! I used it to clean the mower deck also, which was an improvement over the old hand-scraping method. You'll want to get a good pair of high boots to operate it for very long.

I am impressed by how sturdy everything is. Putting it together was simple. I can tell that the parts are made well and I am looking forward to many years of use from this equipment. Pay attention to the maintenance schedule. The manual has an easy-to-read table showing how often you need to change the oil (there are two kinds used here, one engine oil the other is pump oil), when to clean the air fliter, clean spark plug, etc. That is handy to me because I intend to use this as a little side-hustle cleaning my neighbors driveways and pathways.

Brand new right out of box. Followed all instructions in owner's manual. Put brand new fresh gas in a brand new gas can. Will shut off immediately while putting choke to off after starting. (even after a minute or more) have called the company and hopefully can bring this rating up. thinking it might be in the choke linkage not anything fuel.

Purchased this about 5 months ago. Used to power wash Home and Pavers. Had some difficulty getting started. Other than that, thought it served its purpose. After running for extended periods of time, the machine requires a break as it gets really hot in the FL Heat.
