I decided against the 3400 because of the plastic wheels and hose length. I Decided to go with the 3800 with tires and the hose is 10' longer. At 90lbs, it seems well built and mobile with tires instead of plastic wheels. Commercial/Residential grade. I give it a 4 because of the price.

the WPX3800 really fit the bill for my needs as it's got the power to run a 20" surface cleaner for driveway cleaning and the ability to handle all of my other homeowner tasks (washing siding, cleaning furniture, cleaning the deck, etc.) without being too much machine! Very pleased so far.

While assembeling the pressure washer I have had some questioins.I found 4 bolts that are not mentioned in the assembly steps. I also have a plastic tube that is not part of the assembly. I was directed to fill out the warrenty paperwork before getting a chance to have any questions answered. So I hope it works out. So far so good.

After 8 years of use my old Power Washer Died. After much looking and checking reviews and features, I bought the WPX 3600. This is a well made unit and it does a great job tackling the hard jobs. I have a Surface cleaner for the pool cement surface and this unit has more than enough pressure to clean in less time.

I am doing power washing for 15 years, my old power washer broke. So I bought this one (WPX 3800) and I am very impressed. Weight is no problem, power abundant. I overfilled oil and had some issues, but service call was excellent. Evidently there was some oil in the engine, so when I "filled" it, was to much. But great product, great service.

I've only used it once, so take that into consideration. Easy to assemble. The quick start guide should include more of the important steps that are in the manual... If it's not enough to use the quick start guide, then why include one? First start was difficult, the instructions show the speed lever to the right, but it needs to be to the left. Once started, it's not as loud as I expected, which was a nice surprise. The different nozzles work well.. (I haven't used the soap one yet.) I wish it came with a 50ft high pressure hose, but other than that no complaints. Easy to maneuver and handle. Works as expected. Still a lot more testing before I can give it a full thumbs up, but so far, so good.

I am pleased with the power. However, it keeps shutting off after 1 or 2 minutes. I put in new clean fuel, oil and followed all of the instructions. Perhaps it has a defect. I hope I can get it fixed through Service. If it would stay running it would be great, but this has been frustrating.

Bought this pressure washer last month and I've been able to use it no problem anywhere and everywhere outside! My concern was that I wasn't going to be able to use it due to my weak arms but I was able to use it for a while before switching off with my husband. I like the different tips it comes with as well.

I have been using this pressure washer with my pressure washing company. The handle broke after 3 days of use and the motor struggles to turn and requires more pulls than other Pressure Washers. Overall the pressure washer works well and can complete jobs but doesn't seem 100% Reliable. Good for starting out, not for longevity.

I recently bought one of these and tried to start it today. I couldn't get the engine going after so many attempts. I tried releasing the gas in the nozzle like the Quickstart Guide tells you to, I choked the engine etc. to no avail. Then, after watching a YouTube video, someone recommended putting the chokebar to "Run" after the first attempt (not after actually managing to start the engine like the Guide recommends). When I put it to Run (while it was not running yet), in the first go I got it to start. So you can give that a try.
