We're equally disappointed to hear about your experience. This is a characterful fragrance of aromatic lavender essence rounded off with gentle chamomile and precious woods. We hope that although you were not a fan of this fragrance, you take the time to explore some of the other fragrances that Air Wick offers, such as Vanilla and Pink Papaya. This fragrance resembles the freshness of a summer evening breeze with notes of papaya blended with the soft, delicious scent of vanilla. We hope this helps! Sincerely, Your Air Wick Team!

Hi, thank you for your honest feedback on our Air Wick Scented Oil - Lavender & Chamomile - Kit. Although you were not a fan of this fragrance, we hope you take the time to explore some of our other aromas. We invite you to try a different scent like Air Wick Scented Oil in Vanilla and Pink Papaya Scent. It has a Pink Papaya, and juicy, exotic red fruits add a modern twist to this vanilla fragrance for a harmonious fusion. We hope this is a better match for you. Sincerely, Your Air Wick Team. https://www.airwick.us/products/Plug-in-Scented-Oil/Air-Wick-Plug-in-Scented-Oils-Vanilla-and-Pink-Papaya
