My coworker leaned over to ask me what I was drinking and if she could have some because the strawberry lemonade smell was so amazing 😆 You can easily look up the research on ingested collagen peptides - I am a fan. One serving of this also includes 18 g of protein! Perfect summer-y drink to sip on to beat the heat and hydrate from the inside out 🍓🏖️ One gripe about the packaging: it's paper and 'environmentally friendly' but makes it difficult to throw in a bag for travel since it's not secure. Strawberry lemonade Collagen peptide with a hint of lemon for the win. I'm heading into mid age so collagen has became a staple. It's one of the most important proteins. It basically heals the body from the inside out. So many amazing benefits. As we age we loose a lot of collagen. It helps keep our bones, skin, hair, nails stay stronger and firmer. Since using this product I'm already seeing stronger nails. This is a product you have to continue using over time your body will thank you. I'm so glad I was able to find a flavor that's decent. 3 tablespoons in 8oz of water and you're good to go.

I wish it came with a scoop but you just combine 3 tablespoons in with water, I used an electric whisk and it didn't have any clumps. This is very yummy, it tastes just like a true strawberry lemonade, I can't detect any health benefits from the taste alone but I do love the ingredients like the collagen peptides that can provide skin, hair, and nail support which as a woman, I am always happy to have. I also appreciate the 0g of sugar which you would never be able to tell by the taste and the cardboard packaging which is more eco friendly. Overall, this is a 10/10 and I love how they offer this formulation in many different flavors so I will be repurchasing and trying them all! Also love how affordable it is because collagen peptides can be SO expensive!
