The container is plastic-free, which I love, but it was very hard to open! Also, you have to use a lot of powder, three tablespoons, for one glass. Otherwise, it’s a great quality powder with a lot of features I look for, such as being grass fed with zero sugar or artificial sweeteners! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to try out collagen peptides!

With a great, light flavor of Strawberry Lemonade. Very refreshing. My only suggestion would be to mix with a hand mixer as shaking it up left it a little clumpy, but still flavorful. This will be definitely a new routine I add to my schedule.

I like that it has 20g of collagen peptides which seems to be the suggested max for daily use. This container has about 14 servings which is nice but from what I've read you need to use the product for 8-12 weeks to see results. My only issue is that I wish the package specified that you should use warm water to dissolve the powder. Cool to cold water makes the powder clumpy and then it's almost impossible to get the powder to dissolve.

The strawberry lemonade flavor is very subtle. I think I was expecting it to be a little sweeter, but I also understand that it’s designed without a lot of add sugar so the lighter flavor makes sense. I will say it does not dissolve into water as easily as I would expect. I found that shaking it in some sort of blender bottle works better than using a frother. As far as results, I honestly can’t speak to any noticeable changes in my hair, skin or nails yet because I haven’t been consistent enough for taking every day. That’s on me, not the product. I’m planning to stick with it to see how it works overtime because collagen is something that typically requires consistency before you notice results. Overall, if you’re looking for a collagen with a light, refreshing flavor and willing to be patient with the results, this could be worth trying.
