I don't know if there is something wrong with mine, but they are not cool at all. They feel warm like any other pillow.

Least firm pillow i have ever tried

I'm surprised I like this pillow so much. I have both the queen and king size. The only downside, if you can call it that, is the marerial is slippery causing you pillow case to easily slip off, I just purchased cotton pillow protectors amd then a case.
