I'm surprised I like this pillow so much. I have both the queen and king size. The only downside, if you can call it that, is the marerial is slippery causing you pillow case to easily slip off, I just purchased cotton pillow protectors amd then a case.

4 stars because I don't know how the pillow will fair in one month, one year, etc.; and, it's NOT "extra firm", it's FIRM. Good quality material, slept like a baby on it the first day. The 2nd day, not so much as I am finding it too soft for me (I ordered it because it claimed to be EXTRA FIRM but it's not. It's just FIRM.

Just as described definitely has a cooling feel which helps for calming sleep best pillow luv it and no neck pain

Not inflatable the same as the individual pillow of same brand and model

Nice size and comfortable. A bit slippery though. Does stay very nice and cool!!

It looks just like the pictures. It was packaged slightly crooked or squeezed inside the box, so it arrived slightly deformed: thinner in the center and more prominent on one side, I assume this will go away with use.
