NO FIRMNESS

Terrible pillows. Hurt my kneck. They get fuzz balks and strings of fibre all over.

The pillows were lumpy - all 4 that I purchased. One side was filled correctly, while the other side was squished and clearly not filled properly.

It looks just like the pictures. It was packaged slightly crooked or squeezed inside the box, so it arrived slightly deformed: thinner in the center and more prominent on one side, I assume this will go away with use.

Pillow is terrible for comfort and doesn't cool at all. In fact it heats

Good buy as pillow is a good mix of soft with support

The pillows are just OK but fall short of being 'extra firm"

within two weeks the firmness lost and I started looking for a new pillow
