Ease of operation and power.

Just bought the generator and placed in service. Started right up. Easy set up. We lost power 3 times in the last month. Previous generator died on the last outage.. Hope to get years out of this one.

Well built machine

Just got this a week ago, so not enough time to know it extensively. However, it is well built, has all the features I needed, and is a great build by Westinghouse.

Great presentation

Have only unboxed it, but it was packed very nicely and everything seems to be of excellent quality. I don't want the power to go out, but if it does, I feel confident this will fire right up and do the trick!

Excited

Just purchased the item, start and runs okay. I will test tomorrow and see how it does under a load. I have called a couple times trying to get an extended warranty, no answer each time.

Don't start o. Gasoline

This model in particular has issues with starting the generator on gasoline, it starts ok on propane, I would recommend this product after we get it fix.

I just purchased this 3 days ago. Received it today. Assembled it. Ran it. Has worked flawless. I have only ran it for .5 hrs. Jury is still out on full performance. It is very quiet for such a powerful generator. Looks good. Great features.

First generator, happy so far

Good so far. I knocked a star off because I stripped out the bolt hole on one of the handle brackets during assembly. The bolt pulled every thread out of the bracket. It didn't require too much effort to do, the bracket appears to be a cast aluminum. I ran a smaller bolt through and secured it with a nut to keep the handle on and that appears to be holding just fine.

Quality build, low THD, Tri-fuel capability

Have been looking to move from a non inverted to inverted type generator to power sensitive electronics during power failures for some time. After doing a lot of research decided to go with the Westinghouse igen11000tfc. The 11000tfc has the power needed to run lights, pumps, appliances and furnace with power to spare for a workshop and garden shed. This model with the tri-fuel capability gives peace of mind for natural gas from the utility as large storms may limit gasoline availability. Very quiet unit!
