We upgraded from a 4500 watt so that we could run everything in our new 5th wheel. It had plenty of power. Had zero issues running both of our A/C units. Most of the time it sounded like it was just idling. It was one of the quietest generators of my camping group. I ran it off propane and it was about the same price with gas prices being so high. It is very well thought out for service. I hated my 4500 because everything was so hard to get and required tons of screws being removed. Westinghouse must have listened to the complaints because both sides come off without tools. It has a nice oil change tube you won't make a mess. The battery was right there nicely behind the cover. No more fishing your hand around inside a hidden compartment to hook up the battery. It's very easy to haul around as it's really not any heavier than a 5000 watt that's full of fuel. If you need a big generator this is the one you want!

I bought this for upgrade to my old one for emergencies and after setting it up and trying it out it was great choice. Easy to set up and use . all connects are labeled and has shut off circuit to hook up before energizing. The start up is easy with button or remote and starts up quick. Runs smooth and being an inverter will be freindly to electronics in house.

Had an interlock installed on our breaker at our house and upgraded to this generator. Test ran it for a couple hours to start the break in process per the manual and ran great and is surprisingly quiet for such a large generator. Manual is easy to follow and understand.

I just brought this home yesterday and assembled it. Assembly was easy with just the wheels, stand pads, and handle to add to the base unit. Added oil and gas and it started right up. While this generator is larger than my old one from another manufacturer, it is much quieter than that one was (at least under no load conditions... I haven't tried it with a full load yet.) It seems very well built. So far I am happy with this purchase.

I bought this unit to power my mobile arcade business and needed a generator that could support 2 ac units and 10 arcade set ups. This unit was able to handle all of that and then some. Runs quiet compared to my last generator of similar size.

Ran for about 40 hours on gas (1st oil change @ 6 hrs, 2nd oil change @ 30 hrs). Then just stopped @ ~ 40hrs. Will try to start, but OL lights up with everything disconnected, then s/d instantly.

Started up and ran well. Very quiet for a large generator. It's all fueled up and ready for the next power outage. Good quality, straightforward instructions. The pushbutton remote start and stop works well.

Have not done the first startup yet but I have put it together and even though heavy, easy to set up. I noticed black matter, like sand in the packaging. We will see how it runs.

This is not my first inverter, but it is definitely the largest one I have purchased. It has all the features I was looking for and a good price. I am extremely pleased with how quiet it is.

Neat, clean, well made, quiet, easy to start and use, highly recommended to power most of the home necessities in the event of a power outage. Well done !
