Well, I bought 4 of these for my business so you'll see 4 reviews to get the bonus covers--all the same, so you can skip the other 3. They generally are quiet for the size of them. I purchased to power mobile office trailers. Think of RV's but with a lot more power requirements. As recommended, I set them all up, filled with oil, ran for about 5 hours at times with loads but most of the time just at idle. Hope that was enough. Changed the oil today and drained out a lot of metal fines. I didn't know you should do this with new motors. Will definitely do this with any gas motor I buy in the future. It was very obvious the metal fines. Refilled with full synthetic oil. Easy to access. No problems there. I do not have any experience with Westinghouse, so no comments there. But for the price, size, and reviews I hope these things are good and will last. I will only give 5 stars for things I have used for real and not just looked at out of the box. Could update in the future after a good 6-12month trial. These will be used every day, not just for a few hours or days until the power gets restored. This IS my power source, so hope they prove to be solid machines that last.

Had an interlock kit installed, so figured it was time to upgrade the 3500/4500 generator that we had. The iGen12000TFc has enough power to handle the whole house including A/C, with minimal load balancing. Plugs right into the main breaker box via a port installed just inside the garage. I had it up and running in about 45 minutes. Easy, minimal final build, install wheels, stabilizers and handle. Add oil, fill gas tank, and it fired right up. Ran rough for about 30 seconds, then stabilized , very smooth and very quiet for a generator. We're ready for the next storm!

Just purchased this 2 weeks ago and very impressed with the quality of it. Initial setup out of the box was straight forward and initial startup was easy. Especially like the electric start and the included remote. The front panel is easy to read and maneuver. Impressed with how quiet it is compared to my old generator. The ability to use various fuel sources is a great feature!!!

Purchased a few weeks ago. Was pleasantly suprised with an upgrade to the tri-fuel model! Set everything up with no problem, started up first time with no issues. I had an electrician install a 50a interlock. Connected into home system to test, was able to maintain all loads. Very happy customer (who is secretly hoping for a power outage!). Thank you Westinghouse!

Purchased this for emergencies and wanted the Tri-Fuel model. Hoping i never have to sue this, but as long as natural Gas is running, then it help out by not using the other fuels. Either way i have options for fuel types, so we will see how it goes.

We bought this 12000-Watt Remote Tri Fuel Inverter Generator with CO Sensor after going through a 21 hour power outage on July 3. We've also had 3 other shorter outages in the past 3 years. This item was recommended to us and has multiple features that we like and need. We haven't used it yet but have much peace of mind that when the next outage occurs we will be ready.

I bought this generator knowing the new area we live in can have frequent power outages. The only thing I wish it had come with was the natural gas supply line connection pieces and the automatic smart transfer switch. I'll be buying those separately, but I'm happy to know we'll still have power in the event of an outage. Also, this thing is big, but much quieter than I expected!

Fantastic Generator/Inverter! Easy to set up, I was running in less than an hour! Powers my whole house, and the electricity is CLEAN! Much quieter than my last generator. This one hums like an electric mower. The choke is automatic, all you need to do is press the start button either on the machine or the remote!

I haven't had any major issues with the generator so far, which is great. I know other food truck owners who have purchased generators that are black and red in color, and they practically expect them to fail—which is why they purchase the extended warranty with the generator. So far, this generator has worked well for me, with just two minor issues: 1. Battery: If you don't use the generator for a while, the battery may die. There have been two occasions when I had to jump-start the generator using the trailer's brake battery to get it running. 2. Manual Start: Westinghouse, please make a video showing exactly how to use this feature! I pull and pull the cord, and nothing happens. I've been told to pull the cord 3–4 times and then press the start button. I've also been told that you simply need to keep pulling the cord until the generator starts. Unfortunately, neither method has worked for me so far. At this point, I feel like I need to carry a spare battery just to make sure I can start the generator when needed.

Was specifically shopping for a generator that was low THD so its safe for sensetive electronics! This generator meeets and exceeds the power requirements! Very pleased with the purchase!
