Westinghouse 11k inverter generator.

Bought the generator after a 31 hour power outage due to ice storm. High winds predicted for the next few days and we a more prepared for the outage. Assembly was simple easy, Connected propane tank and it started right up. Removing the ground/neutral ground was slightly different from the online instructions but simple enough. Neutral and ground wires on the back side of the ground bolt. removed the neutral and slid a piece of heat shrink tube over the eyelet, just in case I ever need to re-attach it. Read lots of reviews before purchase so I feel confident this will meet our needs.

iGen 11000TFC Inverter Generator

I purchased this 2 weeks ago as an upgrade to power my house. I had the iGen 4500DF and loved it. So far the 11000TFC is great with all of the features I need. I haven't put it through its entire paces yet, but will do so shortly. I did contact customer care on a non-issue related matter and they were quick to respond and in the U.S.!! Such a pleasure.

Happily Optimistic

We bought this generator 3 months ago, it has been a champion for a few months now until yesterday it crank no started on us. Changed the oil, reseated the spark plug and still nothing. Have a claim open to hopefully get this resolved quickly as it's our main power source to charge our solar system in winter. Luckily we have the iGen5000df model as well as a smaller back up! Hopefully they can get us back up and running quickly!

Amazing Generator

I bought this on Dec 2 and received it on Dec 4 via a semi truck. I live on a farm in MO and we get a lot of weather that can knock out power. This generator gives me and my family peace of mind that we can continue daily life in the event of a long time power outage. Very easy to assemble the stabilizer feet and wheels. Super easy to move even though it weighs over 200 pounds.Ir has more than enough power to do everything I need it to be able to do. Well worth the money!

Impressed with features.

Bought it to replace my "old" ONAN Pro6000. Used it briefly today to check it out and was pleased. Have not tried it on Propane yet or used it under a load. If it performs as well as advertised it will get a 5 star rating. It is very quiet (compared to my ONAN), easy cranking. The only negative thing I found was no inline gasoline shut-off that would allow me to run all gasoline from the carburetor after each use.

Trifuel, 50amp receptacle

Have help unpacking this beast it's heavy and awkward seems how they couldn't be bothered to just install the wheels and handle at the factory. Seems good but no idea about its longevity. Too early to tell after only 2 tenths of an hour of run time. It's not as quiet as I had hoped and it should have come with a quick connect adapter for propane instead of having to screw the hose on all the time. It's big, it's heavy, and it's bulky. Time will tell how it holds up.

Haven't used it yet

As I said, haven't used it yet. Put it together serviced it filled the oil. Set it up in my shed. Start it up just fine. Rent it for a few minutes to make sure everything was all right. Went out this morning to start it. 32° wouldn't start cranked popped wouldn't start possible low battery. I have got the charger on it now. I will know better once it's charged

Awesome generator

Just bought this generator after the 2026 ice storm where we were without power for 5 days. Have a couple of smaller generators we used to power heaters, charge phones, etc. plan for this one is to add the connections to be able to selectively run all critical circuits during power failures.

Best Purchase/Easy to Use

Bought this generator to get ready for the ice storm; thank goodness we didn't lose electricity but still connected it to our RV to get it nice and warm inside. Super easy to start and even easier to pull from one place to another with the big wheels it has on it.

Reliable so far, 250hrs in

3 oil changes and 250 hrs so far. Spark plug still in great shape and filter looks clean. I've used propane exclusively. managed to get just up to 8000 watts draw. impressive. I sometimes do have it trip, if im charging lithium battery bank at 5000w plus add another cross-load of 500w+. I guess that is reasonable though. This generator has a _3_ stage regulator. The usual 2 stage + DUCAR 230179. The DUCAR part is usually mounted on generator frames. If you try to hard-line this generator or use a different regulator assembly, it will vent non-stop and fail to start. Solution was to keep this DUCAR DPRA part (Westinghouse 60490020), by disconnecting the 2 stage regulator bits. Then you can use the 3/8 flare to connect to a 1000L torpedo tank (with normal 0.5psi reg). Despite the name, its not a hi/low side regulator, but It acts as a "vacuum" for the carburetor.
