Generator appears well made. I can't speak yet about how it runs, as I have not run the unit yet. During assembly and inspection today, I did find a factory assembly error. The fuel line from the fuel tank thru the fuel filter to the front panel shutoff was routed under the pull starter rope so that the rope was in constant contact with the fuel line. Any time the rope starter was used, or the generator was running and there was vibration, the rope could abrade the rubber fuel line. I believe this would eventually cause the rubber fuel hose to fail and allow the fuel tank to drain to the inside of the Generator housing resulting in a fire. I have corrected my generator. I disconnected the fuel line and rerouted below the pull starter rope and reconnected. This results in an adequate air gap between the hose and the rope. No physical changes were made to the fuel line length, reroute only, and now there is no concern with abrasion of the fuel line. How many more generators were assembled like mine, that may eventually result in a fuel leak and a fire?

Purchased couple months ago and will use for whole home power during power outages. Everything was there for easy setup and after fueling with gas unit started right up. I have done test run and unit performed flawlessly under load. Would recommend for anyone looking for reliable backup power.

I know the description said it was quiet, but I was just expecting a little quieter than a normal (non-inverter) generator, but this was way quieter! I started it up and was immediately surprised how quiet it was. My wife didn't even hear it from inside the house. I have a much smaller inverter generator, and this is MUCH quieter than that. I've even included a little video just to demonstrate how quiet it is. I mean seriously! I think you're underestimating the quietness... I bought this generator to power my house during frequent storm outages. It runs the well pump, water heater, and a few other plug circuits with the refrigerator etc, and of course some lighting circuits. It is quiet and efficient for the size. I'm very pleased with the purchase. It is easy to float the neutral by flowing the pdf on the website. Additionally, I purchased the inverter generator tent and it works very well.

Seems High Quality. Set up and maintenance paperwork are clear. I've only ran it on gasoline. It's only been used about 12 hours. But it has ran great, starts great. Display screens are helpful on the generator. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase so far but I'm just letting you know I haven't ran it for long periods for back up power yet but so far I'm very happy.

It arrived without damage and was easy to assemble. The size is small for the amount of power that it is rated for, this allows me to store it in the garage. The fuel options give me a piece of mind for when it is needed.

Bought this generator for my camper and it is a beast! For the output it is relatively quiet and run time on gas is great. I got 15+ hours on one tank of gas operating between 25%-50%! Beware, it's heavy! Highly recommend

started right up on propane but.....try to float the neutral and the wiring is not like the illustration how to float the neutral.....try to figure out !!!!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago and everything showed up just like you would expect, went to fire it up and boy is this quiet. So glad I made this purchase and cannot wait to get it out with my camper and actually see it preform.

It was delivered last week and works so far. Good timing for this crazy weather we've been having. Had to get different oil to better fit the Midwest climate.
