I bought this and I am so happy that I did! Now I have the peace of mind knowing that I'm covered in the event that I lose power. This generator is sleek and awesome.

It arrived without damage and was easy to assemble. The size is small for the amount of power that it is rated for, this allows me to store it in the garage. The fuel options give me a piece of mind for when it is needed.

I really like this generator. It’s pretty much everything Westinghouse said it would be. I still have yet to hook it into my house, but I have started it up on propane and that was pretty simple.

Started right up on gas and runs great. Just got hooked up for whole house and barely skips a beat when 2.5 ton a/c starts with soft start installed. Appreciate the battery start along with remote. Easy to operate and labeled clearly.

Just picked this up. Looks good, putting together. The knob to release the handle is stuck, will lube and see if it works. Only 4 stars because I have run it.

Easy setup, easy to follow directions ,Have not yet started it up but it seems like it will fit my needs. My wishes would be for it to have a lifting hook for easy loading .

On the fancier end of a whole home back up, should run just about everything with a set up installed on your panel. Comes with everything you need to start except connections to natural gas line. It’s big and heavy, may require 2 person lift.

Delivered in perfect condition. Very easy to assemble. Instructions are easy to follow. Fired up on first hit of the start button. Running on propane which was simple to hook up. Impressive low decibel noise. Quietest generator I have ever owned. And my wife and daughter says it “Looks Pretty “. A double win.

No issues with the initial break in. Performed a trial run on the house with no issues. The only difficulty was locating the choke to adjust upon initial start up. The manual does not indicate the location of the choke. Once we found the choke and adjusted it, the generator started right away.

Despite its weight, one person can set up the unit in less than an hour. After following all of the steps, the generator would not source power at the 30A and 50A receptacles. A bit later, I sat down to review the steps and closely examine the panel diagram. Aha! I had not noticed the circuit breakers. Once enabled, the generator did its job.
